My car has been in the shop 4 times for the same problem. I can not get Scott Dunigan or the Service Manager, David Brewer, to return my calls or emails. I paid for diagnostic, allowed their technician to take my vehicle home and STILL it is not repaired. This dealership has been the ONLY place I have taken my car to be worked on since I purchased it in 2011. More

Service was great however very disappointed by the lack of hospitality in the waiting area. There were no snack or breakfast items available, only coffee.
