My car has been in the shop 4 times for the same problem. I can not get Scott Dunigan or the Service Manager, David Brewer, to return my calls or emails. I paid for diagnostic, allowed their technician to take my vehicle home and STILL it is not repaired. This dealership has been the ONLY place I have taken my car to be worked on since I purchased it in 2011. More

Service was great however very disappointed by the lack of hospitality in the waiting area. There were no snack or breakfast items available, only coffee. Service was performed on my transfer case and rear axle and there is oil under my car and on my garage floor. Called service department and Dave the Service Manager said they would send a tow truck to ge and there is oil under my car and on my garage floor. I asked for a loaner while they fixed their mistake and was told one wouldn’t be available. I drove my car 300 miles over the weekend. Nothing better be damaged. Unacceptable business practice! This is 100% their fault. Still waiting for a call back from Dave.. More

Unless it is brand new and there is nothing they can lie about. They sold me a used car that was involved in a class action lawsuit for a defective engine. This lawsuit resulted in an extension of the manufacturer's powertrain warranty - WHICH WAS NOT COMPLETED ON THIS VEHICLE. The extension was expired, and they failed to disclose that this vehicle eats a quart of oil a day. What they did was look me and my teenage daughter (who the car was for), directly in the face and say this is a fine running vehicle that is going to work out great for her. Every other dealership I called and provided the VIN was able to see this engine defect yet somehow when I called Bommarito, they could see nothing in the car's history and knew nothing of it... Now my daughter is tasked with always carrying a 5 qt jug of oil and checking the level every time she parks. OR... Paying $4,500 for repairs... Disgusting!! More

The Bommarito Toyota dealership is a clean, warm and welcoming atmosphere! I call it a bonus that the overhead sound system made my visit pleasant all the more, as a couple of my favorite songs pla welcoming atmosphere!
