I didn't want to feel like i was being sold a car i wanted to feel like the salesman was helping me get the car I WANTED rather than what the salesman wanted me to have. The model/trim i wanted was in high demand so i wasn't able find exactly what i wanted right away, but Craig stayed on top of the new deliveries to the dealership and emailed/texted/called whenever a new one came in that fit my criteria. Craig is the epitome of a great salesman. You can tell when someone is an expert at their job. Craig wasn't just spending 100% of his time with me he was juggling 3 or 4 other customers making sure each of them were being taken care of without making them feel left out. To put the icing on the cake, when we were transferring items between my trade-in and new car Craig noticed as he was multi-tasking talking to my fiance i was inspecting part of the seat where some extra cleaner had been sprayed. Without hesitation Craig spoke up and said he would clean that up right away and went in to get the wipe and cleaning solution. Overall, i felt like Craig was assisting me find what i wanted rather than selling me something which is exactly how i should feel leaving the dealership. Great experience 10/10 would recommend. Excellent Customer Used Car Sales. I can't say enough about this Dealer and Matt McManus. The day I was looking for a car. It was pouring down rain but that didn't stop my Salesman. I test drove at least 5 used cars in the pouring rain. I couldn't believe how nice, easy to talk to and friendly he was. I didn't buy a car that day. The next day I received a call from the General Manager, Matt McManus who said I found the perfect car for me, and he did! I went back the next day and bought it. Everything was so smooth. From the purchase of the car, financing and just how nice everyone was. No hassles! I have purchased other cars but not from Bommarito. If you never have been there, put them on your list to stop by and see them. They are fantastic people. I would also like to give a shout out to Steve in the Service Department. He also assisted us in filling out paperwork to sell our vehicle to a friend. The process went well and we are pleased with our vehicle purchase. We were also pleased with the Toyota Care, the 200,000 mile powertrain warranty and the rebates that were offered. The financing took much longer than we anticipated which was a bit frustrating since we were from out-of-town and had a long drive home. We will highly recommend Bommarito Toyota and Barry Brash to others. More
