I saw Bommarito had an online listing of the RAV4 Hybrid that I wanted so I sent an inquiry about one evening and ended up getting contacted within a few minutes from Bommarito to secure the vehicle. The next day I went to the dealership to finalize the financing and had the pleasure of dealing with a very helpful and friendly staff. This is my fourth new car purchase and by far my best experience doing so. More

I didn't want to feel like i was being sold a car i wanted to feel like the salesman was helping me get the car I WANTED rather than what the salesman wanted me to have. The model/trim i wanted was in high demand so i wasn't able find exactly what i wanted right away, but Craig stayed on top of the new deliveries to the dealership and emailed/texted/called whenever a new one came in that fit my criteria. Craig is the epitome of a great salesman. You can tell when someone is an expert at their job. Craig wasn't just spending 100% of his time with me he was juggling 3 or 4 other customers making sure each of them were being taken care of without making them feel left out. To put the icing on the cake, when we were transferring items between my trade-in and new car Craig noticed as he was multi-tasking talking to my fiance i was inspecting part of the seat where some extra cleaner had been sprayed. Without hesitation Craig spoke up and said he would clean that up right away and went in to get the wipe and cleaning solution. Overall, i felt like Craig was assisting me find what i wanted rather than selling me something which is exactly how i should feel leaving the dealership. Great experience 10/10 would recommend.
