He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful and informative. I had several questions, and he was always quick to answer them and never seemed to be bothered by all of my inquiries. My father is an employee of Toyota, so I had several dealerships to choose from (since the employee discount would allow for the same price at any dealer) but from the initial interactions with Cody, I knew I wanted to keep the alliance with him and give him my business. He and Matt negotiated a fair price for my trade in, and Cody worked fast to get me the exact color/model of car I was looking for. He is an excellent communicator, not pushy (nor annoying like some car sales people can be), and he truly deserves an award for putting up with my mother and I. We greatly appreciated his help, kindness, knowledge and perseverance through my car buying process. I highly recommend him for anyone looking to buy a Toyota! Angie Murdaugh was also extremely wonderful during the financial portion of my purchase process.
