How many people can say they have bought four vehicles from the same person (and he's my next door neighbor, no less) and still like them?? :) Well, I can. Craig Schnaak is not only a great salesman, but from the same person (and he's my next door neighbor, no less) and still like them?? :) Well, I can. Craig Schnaak is not only a great salesman, but he is a five star good guy who takes customer service to the next level. He has my highest recommendation and I typically don't like salesman... New 4Runner James was a great sales person. He was able to get me the 4runner I wanted, in the color I wanted with the features that I wanted. They had to do a James was a great sales person. They had to do a trade with a different dealership, but were able to get me the extra's I wanted at the price I wanted to stay within. He took the time to explain the warranties associated with it for Toyota and the extra warranty/time for buying it through Bommarito. When I can to pick it up, he made the process go as quickly as it could, and took the time to explain the various features and how to use them on my new 4runner. Angie was so helpful. She asked me where I would like my payments to be to figure out options for me in regards to months of payments and financing. We went over options such as gap insurance, and discussed additional purchasable warranties. She was not pushy, but provided me with the information for me to make my own decision about what I felt I needed. Working with her was easy and because she is so knowledgeable about financing, she was able to provide me the answers to any questions or concerns I had. More
