Poor sales service. Was lied to about the car having remote start. The remote start has a defect that makes it shut off when opening the door and Toyota only gives you 1 Was lied to about the car having remote start. The remote start has a defect that makes it shut off when opening the door and Toyota only gives you 12 months free of remote start key fob and app. After that it is documented from Toyota it’s $8 a month to use the remote start you paid for. Dealer still says it’s not true even when confronted with the document from Toyota. Asked for my trades car back after 1 week and got stalled for 2 weeks with manager on vacation and in meetings and then told we sold your car yesterday. Overcharged for a hitch install by $180. Gave me a reciept showing it and said oh no that’s our profit to keep. So sales makes money off their own service departments work. The car is a lemon with engine/transmission problems, technology flaws and safety issues now reported to NHSA. Dealer dosnt want to help. Had to get Toyota involved to request help. Dealer also isn’t document service records. Keeps looking at car without doing paperwork. More

My first visit was fantastic. After almost a year it finally arrived and due to unforeseen circumstances I could not get the car. I was extremely disappointed. Toyota even made some moves on there end to help make it happen for me. After backing out they still continue to work with me so I can get the car at a later date. I had to leave the car in Bommarito for about a week until I finally got my insurance. They prepared a new contract for me with the date of purchase switched to the date I picked up the car so that I don't have to pay for the week that my car was in their shop. I'm very thankful to Tim and Tyler especially. More

Bought a 23 highlander here 3 weeks ago. Specified wanting a remote start. Also wasn’t told that the remote start shuts off when opening the door making you restart the car everytime. Was over charged $180 for the hitch install at $1200 and given a receipt for $1017. The car turns out to be a lemon with engine problems, steering problems, and technology problems that I am told by them after 3weeks I’m stuck with but they will buy it back for $8000 less than I paid. Hurried up and sold our traded in car that I have been asking for back. More
