He ensured our visits were fast and effective, while still making us feel welcome and respected. When we found a car that hit all our criteria, Mr. Ochs made the purchasing process as painless as possible. We have no regrets, and would gladly work with Mr. Ochs again or recommend him to anyone shopping for a new vehicle. More

We dropped off our 2017 Toyota Sienna on Friday night for a Saturday morning appointment. The job was to change the door hinge on the driver's side sliding door. We awaited a call from the service department that the job was done and provided two phone numbers. No one called. Around 3 p.m., my wife called and was merely transferred to the service department and had to leave a voice mail. She called a few times and was told by the person answering the phone that all she could do is transfer her. I went over there and the service department was empty. They close at 3, as you know. I went to the sales department to complain, and no one could help me and they basically said there is nothing they can do. Fortunately, there was one person from the service department who was staying a little late. One of the persons in sales flagged him down and he helped me get my car. He said the hinge was changed; he did not know why no one called me, but when I indicated my wife called around 3 because no one had called, he seemed to make it look like it was my fault because they closed at 3 and she called so late. Part of a service department is to notify customers when their repairs are complete. Do I really need to say that? He also seemed to complain to me about staying late and how hot it is. I got the impression he was trying to show me what a big favor he was doing. The fact that no one called us is troubling. Even more troubling is that both when we called and when I went there, no one could help us and they all said there was nothing they could do. It didn't even seem like they cared. If not for the one guy who complained about staying late, I would not have had our van. I forgot to mention this guy said, amazingly, that this job was scheduled for Monday. It was not, and I have the documentation, if you need it, to show otherwise. This is a very poor lack of concern for customers. You need to have a method in place so that if this sort of thing would happen, there is someone who can be accessed to help us. An operator who just keeps transferring us to a dead end and sales people who seem to have absolutely no connection with the service department are two examples of very poor planning and contingency. I expect this matter to be rectified before our next visit for service, as this is unacceptable. More

Great place to start a family tradition. A little backstory prior before purchasing my new Tacoma. I currently live out of state in the Indianapolis area, and have been looking for a Manual Transmission V6 Tacoma. Being from the Metro East area I found that two Tacoma were in stock, one at Lou Fusz and the other at Bommarito. I took a gamble a jogged over to Lou Fusz dealership to see their inventory but came to realize that the truck had been sold minutes before I came in for my appointment. Though I had bought my previous vehicle from Lou Fusz Subaru, I wasn’t opposed to going elsewhere as I knew Tacoma’s in MT were a rare gem to find. Once I got to the Bommarito dealership James came out to greet us as we were eyeing up the Tacoma that I had been following online throughout the week. Just after meeting him and being able to test drive the truck I knew that this was the right choice. The truck had all the accessories that I had wanted plus some additional ones that I hadn’t realized I would enjoy having. He was very courteous and understanding while walking me through the whole process of acquiring my first “Big Boy” purchase. He was able to offer me a fair trade for my previous vehicle that had served me well for the past 13 years. There were no smoke and mirrors tricks about the whole process which I respected a lot and was even more impressed with the respect that he gave my family and I. Though this might’ve been my first experience with the Bommarito dealership, my family had a good track record with the Lynch Toyota dealership that was on site prior. I look forward to continuing business with them as well as recommending them to any to any friends and family that are in the market of acquiring a new vehicle. When it was finally time to talk finances, Ian was a great help throughout the whole process. Just like James had done prior, he was able to help me walk through the documents and having a mutual respect for my family and I. There were no smoke and mirrors, no pressure to make a decision or additional fees that were failed to mention up front. He also had good insight on an extended warranty, which I didn’t need any convincing since my mind was already made up, my father was the hesitant one because he trusts the product that much. Seeing him be able to see both sides methodically explain the pros and cons assured me I was making the right choice. TL;DR These are some good people that were respectful and helpful to my family and I while purchasing a new vehicle. More

She has named it Tora-Chan, which is Japanese for “Little Tiger.” Glad we bought it and glad we bought it from you and the crew at the Big B. Kudos, too, to Robin in the office who had welcome answers about the finer points of the process of titling. Now, LET’S GO PLACES! —Jim and Linda Wolfe More
