James Ochs our salesperson was one of the best I have had in buying a car. He patiently listened to our needs regarding the color and the features of the car, he paid attention when we wanted this dealershi in buying a car. He patiently listened to our needs regarding the color and the features of the car, he paid attention when we wanted this dealership to match another deal from another Toyota dealer and we finally obtained a price that was fair, the color we wanted. The car was ready very rapidly I was impressed. The Finance manager ( Tyler I think) was super nice too. This dealership observed all the distancing and safety measures recommended by the city of St Louis, which was not the case at another Toyota dealer in Illinois. James spent a lot of time at the end of his day to explain to us everything about the car. The service department installed an accessory as promised on the following Monday. AND we just receive delicious cookies sent by the Dealership. Really, we are entirely satisfied with our experience at Bommarito, and we will definitely go to this dealership rather than our Illinois dealer from now on. Bommarito had more choices in color and types of car, and was more welcoming than our previous dealer. We are very happy with this experience at Bommarito. First thing when I walked into dealership everyone was very friendly and HAPPY. Puts you in a good mood right away. Sat down with James and even though I wasn't sure which car I was interested in he a very friendly and HAPPY. Puts you in a good mood right away. Sat down with James and even though I wasn't sure which car I was interested in he ask me what I wanted and didn't need on a car. Then we went out and looked at a couple and I test drove both. Wasn't pushy or trying to talk me into something I didn't need. AND everyone was great about social distances and wearing masks.
