I was pleased with my experience at Bommarito Toyota. I did have one negative experience. I printed off a $200 accessory gift card that is supposed to be included with the purchase of a new or used vehicle only to be told that the pricing that is on the website cannot be used for the coupon. WHAT! They wanted to charge me full price and then on top of that charge me a service fee to install the items which was more than what the gift card was worth. Big disappointment! More

Micah was very professional with us all throughout the car buying process. He was not pushing us into a more expensive vehicle and he was able to keep us at our budget point for buying a used car. James Ochs did an excellent job balancing being a good salesman, while also establishing personal rapport. He's got a humble and relatable demeanor, allows you time to talk without bombarding you with num salesman, while also establishing personal rapport.
