We sat down with him and learned stuff about each other. Turned out he was very interested in Japanese culture and language and we had some acquaintances in common. Katsuko described what she needed, we took a ride in a Prius-C that she very much liked, and then James explained details about the car, prices, and the surprisingly generous services provided at Bommarito Toyota. We purchased the car. Before we drove off with it, James spent considerable time patiently explaining all the features of our car. James and other members of the Bommarito team gave us what we both felt was the best car buying experience we have ever had.
