First new vehicle buyer, easy, hassle free, happy customer Had an appointment with James Ochs to look at a new Toyota 4Runner I knew they had on the lot with 90+% of the options I already wanted. Met up with Had an appointment with James Ochs to look at a new Toyota 4Runner I knew they had on the lot with 90+% of the options I already wanted. Met up with James at the scheduled time. He was in the middle of finishing up a sale with another customer, yet still managed to take care of me. We took a quick tour of the lot where I pointed out the vehicle I was interested in and knew they had on the lot thanks to the Bommarito Toyota website. James wasted no time, got me the keys to take the vehicle for a test drive (by myself while he was completing the sale of another vehicle), which was an already appreciated, no pressure, experience. I was able to tune the radio to my favorite station, turn up the tunes, push all the buttons, open all the doors, and give the vehicle a general once over without the pressure of someone looking over my shoulder. It was already a great experience. I took the vehicle for a quick test drive and knew this was what I wanted to walk off the lot with. I returned, met back up with James who had finished his previous sale, and started to talk numbers. We agreed on a final price that I felt was fair, and also included all the extras I wanted on the vehicle (remote start, window tint, switching out some other cosmetic items, etc). Went into the finance office, settled on a deal and by the time I finished signing the paperwork ( all on a digital monitor/desk combo...pretty awesome actually) my vehicle was waiting in the parking lot looking like it just rolled out of the assembly plant. I was a happy customer. James made the sales process as painless as possible for a new vehicle owner and I would buy another vehicle from him and Bommarito Toyota without thinking twice. I got exactly what I wanted, including the "We Owe"s agreed upon at time of sale in a timely and professional manner.
