We both have the up most respect for this dealership. Anytime that we have been there, everyone goes out of their way to make us feel like special customers. The family like atmosphere is what draws us back from over an hour and 45 mins drive. Yes we could go to other Nissan dealers in our area, but we choose Bommarito. I do want to say that I know that people don't like being bothered with phone calls from establishments, but I thank Rich in your service department for checking into the bogus bad review. Otherwise we would not have known that our email had been hacked, while we have been on vacation. Please do not stop your inquires with us in the future, you probable just helped us to avoid an Identity Theft. And please know we will continue to use Bommatiro in the future. Say hay to Todd for us he is such a sweet man and that we love the Altima. More

Tony gave A+ Service I called Bommarito two days ago about some recent issues with my fiancé's vehicle that I was hoping to have looked at sooner than later. Tony made it I called Bommarito two days ago about some recent issues with my fiancé's vehicle that I was hoping to have looked at sooner than later. Tony made it easy and said we could drop the car off that same evening and he would have a rental waiting for us. When dropping the car off, he was friendly and upfront about possible costs and the estimated time to have the car serviced. The next day he called (ahead of the original time estimate) to say the car was ready and gave a thorough explanation of the problems found/work done. This is definitely the most honest, personalized service care I have received at a car dealership, especially one so big where customers can often feel like they are just a number. Tony was friendly, professional, and honest, and made this entire last-minute car service a seamless breeze. Thanks, Tony! More

Slowest I arrive to the service center for am oil change. 2 hours later, they drove my car into a bay for service. Why won't Nissan stand behind their product? We purchased a new Altima from Bommarito in 2014. Had to take it to shop 4 days later for oil leak. This was fixed. (They had never had that problem We purchased a new Altima from Bommarito in 2014. Had to take it to shop 4 days later for oil leak. This was fixed. (They had never had that problem before supposedly). Also from the start the radio, navigation unit would go blank and then come back on. Usually for 15 to 20 seconds but a few time for 30 minutes. We finally had enough of this after a year and took it to Bommarito. They installed a update. Didn't work. Took it back. Installed another update. Didn't work. Took it back. This time they didn't really believe us because Nissan execs said it should be fixed. They said we needed to video the problem (Not easy or safe to do while your driving since the radio goes blank randomly) managed to get a few videos. Then they said the videos were not long enough. Also the passenger air bag sometimes shows that is is disengaged while a person is sitting in the passenger seat. We have video of this also. Bommarito told us that we were sitting in the seat incorrectly. Give me a break!! This car is still under warranty and we cannot get Bommarito or Nissan to even look at the car. We have finally had enough and are looking for a different car. Definitely NOT A NISSAN and nothing from Bommarito either. They are so impersonal after the sale is made Stay away from them!!! More

Very happy with our salesman, Paul Pittman I've leased two cars now from Paul Pittman and have always been very happy with his service and help, The last car I leased I just called him and told I've leased two cars now from Paul Pittman and have always been very happy with his service and help, The last car I leased I just called him and told him what I wanted and he didn't have it on the lot but found it in Jeff City and had it brought in for me so I could have what I wanted, Many salesmen forget who you are as soon as the sale is final but Paul is always very good about remembering who you are and helping you in anyway he can. I arrived tonight for a sales call and didn't know they closed at 6 and I arrived at 6:15, I went in and told Paul I wasn't aware they closed at 6 and he totally took care of me and could have easily told me that I would have to come back in the morning or drop it and leave with a loaner car. I would recommend Paul to anyone looking for a call---he goes over and beyond and I really appreciated it. Paul I will be back as soon as my current lease is over! More
