SERVICE DEPARTMENT- I bought a vehicle 2 days ago. Minor concern was encountered and I had to come in to see service department. After a long work shift; saving lives. Neither took a moment to asked if I needed anything or if there was something they could help me with or just a good morning as it was about 730am. As I've already purchased the CPO package with my vehicle. I will NOT use Hazelwood Service Department for any of my service needs. No need to apologize, please address your Service Department.
