We were greated as we walked in the door, offered water and coffee. We were happily allowed to test drive a new CUBE, as well as other models. Greg was great at finding a very low interest rate loan, and offered the extended maintenance program in an understandable and low pressure manner. Both employees were friendly, upbeat,and knowledgeable. We've been buying cars since the 70s and this has to have been the most positive experience we have had. I purchased my 2007 Nissan Maxima from Bommarito after having a horrible experience at another Nissan dealer in the St. Louis area. A few weeks ago, I had hit something in the road, causing a "bubble having a horrible experience at another Nissan dealer in the St. Louis area. A few weeks ago, I had hit something in the road, causing a "bubble" in my tire. I took my car to the closest Nissan dealer (the one that I would not purchase the car through) for service on the tire. They explained to me that they could not honor the warranty, since it was not purchased there. After calling Bommarito, Rich Moore explained to me that there was no reason why they should not have honored this warranty, but to please come in and he would take care of this. We took our car up there today and what wonderful service we received. Rich was very friendly, but most importantly, efficient. Within 1 hour, Rich had all the paperwork done, our oil change done, and the tire replaced at no additional charge to us. That took not only paperwork through Nissan (Silver Package), but he went the extra step to call on the additional warranty we had purchased through Bommarito. We left VERY happy customers, and won't bring the car to the other dealer for so much as an oil change. Thank You, Annette M. Hoeing More

This is the second car I have leased from Bommarito. Also purchased a used car as well. Todd Eversgerd assisted me with all my leasing and purchasing needs, and I cannot express enough how well he took care purchased a used car as well. He always returned my phone calls and answered all my questions and concerns. This last time, I told Todd that he thought it was a good car and a good deal, to start the paperwork. I trusted Todd without having seen the car! When I arrived at Bommarito's, it was extremely busy, but although Todd was busy with other customers, he made it a point to stop and walk over to me. He also introduced me to his General Manager, Steve Coleworthy, who was just delightful. Steve took me to my new car and pointed out different features on it that I was unfamiliar with. I then met with Greg, in the Business Office, who also was so very nice, and extremely friendly. The total experience was awesome! I talked to some of my friends about my experience, and I explained to them this is how Bommarito ALWAYS treats me...like a "Queen!" The customer service didn't stop after I leased the car. A week later I received a nice note from Todd and a box of delicious chocolate chip cookies. I have had experience with the service department and the body shop, and can honestly say the customer service has always been over the top in those two areas as well. It is a pleasure doing business with Todd Eversgerd and the others at Bommarito's. More

There is a level of comfort that I experience when dealing with these two professional sales representatives. I believe it comes from their actual desire to serve as a facilitator during the process o dealing with these two professional sales representatives.
