We bought a 2009 Nissan Altima from Todd and had a great experience, this is the 2nd vehicle we purchased from him. My husband and I both went to the dealership, and as soon as we said the car was for me, experience, this is the 2nd vehicle we purchased from him. My husband and I both went to the dealership, and as soon as we said the car was for me, Todd directed questions and information to me. This had not been the case at other places, even though I was to be the principle drive of the vehicle. Todd was very straight forward about the price of the vehicle and what he could do. I was also impressed that when we went to sign all the papers (the price had already been agreed upon) Todd advised us of an additional $500 rebate on the vehicle that had just been announced. We would never have know about this rebate, but Todd ensured we got all the appropriate discounts. We will continue to recommend Todd to our friends and family. More

I live 2 1/2 hours away from Bommarito Nissan. I came across their business on Autofinder. I sent a message asking about a vehicle for my wife. It is a 2010 Nissan Maxima sv premium. I talked to Todd Evergerd about a past experience with a dealer in St.Louis that left a bad taste in my mouth for the St.Louis area. Despite the drive the price changed and the car was in poor shape.Todd assured me that would not be an issue with Bomarrito. I asked for a bottom line price. I didnt want to hagle back in forth. Just give me a price and we will go from there. Todd did exactly that and that price couldnt be touched by local dealers. He also kept in touch through phone and email. Even on Sunday when I had some questions that I expected to get answered on Monday. Todd replied quickly to my request. Very easy to work with and as a Firefighter in Decatur Illinois I will definitly pass Todd's name and the Bomarrito Dealership on to fellow firefighters, friends and family. We needed a new car and the decision was between an Altima and a Mazda 6. I really like the Altima the best, but the salesperson at Bommarito Mazda in South County, Mark, was so much more pleasant to Altima and a Mazda 6. Then I looked on the internet and saw all the great ratings for Bommarito Nissan, especially how satisfied people seemed to be with their service from Todd Eversgerd. So I called Todd at Bommarito Nissan, he called me back. I told him exactly what I was looking for on the 23rd of December at 8:00 (the dealership closes at 9). By the time we arrived it was 8:30, Todd had the exact car I was looking for waiting for me. Dan, the financial guy, was great! We were out of the dealer by 10:00 p.m. (they stayed late for us) with our new car. We love it! When our kids need cars in the next few years, we'll be seeing Todd again. Due the frequency of purchasing cars I do all my homework to feel comfortable that I'm getting a competitive price - that part is no longer necessary. I know Todd will treat me fairly. I was looking for a specific frontier, Josh emailed me back and was great to deal with. No down payment or "holding" fee was asked for. Josh said he would hold the truck for me until the following week/weekend. I wound up renting a car and driving down there with my brother. They re-imbursed me my rental fee !!! This after being offered a 1 way plane ticket, bus ticket and/or train ticket. Josh's brother John led my brother to the rental facility and brought him back, meanwhile my paperwork was being prepared ! Greg in finance was a real pleasure to work with. He has an awesome 67 chevelle and we talked about cars the entire time ( I also own a 98 camaro, so 2 chevy gearheads were at home ) A week later I received, via first class mail, a box/tin of fresh baked cookies ! I highly recommend the Web buying path with Bommarito Nissan and Dustin Olson. I went to all the usual places and researched the car and the prices. I browsed the Bommarito web site and picked out the color and options I wanted and asked for a quote. The quote matched the best price I was going to try to get, and beat the local dealer by $2000. So an appointment was made and I drove a hundred miles to meet Dustin Olson. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and had the very car I had asked for a quote on ready for me to drive. The car drove as beautifully as I had hoped and Dustin arranged a very competitive financing for me. Dustin was very straight and upfront with the whole deal. With no surprises and a straight deal and the friendliness from all the employees there, I am now the proud owner of a new Altima. I had had my SE-R serviced there before and I can attest to the care and professionalism of the service staff. I was made to feel an honored member of the Nissan family. I don't think you can go wrong by buying or having you car serviced at Bommarito Nissan. More
Richard Moore was a true pleasure to work with. I have not owned my preowned vehicle I purchased at Bommarito for that long and had an issue with the lumbar support in my seat. It was not something that would have been covered on my extended warranty that I purchased. Richard toook it upon himself to research that a bulletin had been issued about the seat problem and he felt it should be covered. He made the calls, got the part in within a couple days and fixed the lumbar support. There was no charge to me. I drive 3,000 miles a month, so lumbar is a MUST. Thank you Richard for going the extra mile. I will be back for all of my service needs. More
