The reason why I give this rating is because the service is outstanding when it comes to the salesperson. He knows who I am when I bring my car in for service while I am waiting in the waiting room. All in all a great experience. I got a better car than I was coming in for, but at the set price I was willing to pay upon entering the dealorship. My sales associate Paul Pittman, was great and I really enjoy my new Altima Coupe. He was friendly and went out of his way to explain things and talk about specific details regarding the car. My experience at Bommarito was very easy and enjoyable. Their ot was laid out in a way that made sense. Mike O'Shea found me and introduced himself. He gave me a no nonsense price and we agreed on it. The finance manager was also great. They worked quickly on me with the paperwork. Came back the next day with a check and the car was clean and beautiful and ready for me. Mike was great through the whole process, even calling me a week after to make sure everything was cool. Mike was very well informed about nissan and what i wanted. He walked me through all the features even the ones I didnt know about. My grandpa will be buying a car from Mike at Bommarito in the next few weeks. My experience with Mike and Bommarito was overall very easy and great. More

Fred was so helpful with our car purchase and he was a really down to earth salesman. He made us feel very comfortable with the whole transaction and he even sent us choclolate chip cookies in the mail!! really down to earth salesman. Walked into Bommarito Nissan with a good idea of what I was wanting, but was really apprehensive about talking to another dealer after recently having a negative experience with another dealer. I am new to was wanting, but was really apprehensive about talking to another dealer after recently having a negative experience with another dealer. I am new to Nissan, so I didn't know much about what they had to offer, but I knew that working with the negative equity in my trade-in would be a difficult task, especially given that I did not want to spend more than my target payment each month. From the moment I walked into the showroom, Paul and Michael treated me with respect and upfront, honest attitudes. Most importantly, they listened to what I wanted and what my concerns were. They made my concerns their concerns and worked together with Daniel and Steve to find options to get me out of my trade-in (even with negative equity) and into the car I really wanted. They were able to offer options that I was previously unaware of to meet my target payment and financing goals (In fact, they were able to make it to where I could finance my car for a shorter period of time with a lower interest rate and still be within my target payment amount, which made me VERY HAPPY!). There weren't any gimmicks or trick financing; everything was laid out in easy-to-understand terms. They took the time to make sure that I was understanding, comfortable, and ready to move forward without employing high-pressure sales tactics. I felt like a valued customer from the start, instead of just another commission check. From the start through the signing of the paperwork, the smile never left my face and I felt completely comfortable throughout the entire process... Since the purchase of my new car a week ago, everyone keeps asking how I like it. I tell them, "The car is fantastic! I love it! Great gas mileage and fun to drive..BUT wait till I tell you about the deal that Bommarito Nissan was able to work out for me! And I've never had so much fun and so little anxiety buying a new car!
