Everyone we have dealt with at the dealership has been friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. I had been looking for a new car at several different dealerships. I have always liked the look of the Nissan Altima and decided to take one for a test drive. He told him if we called him the following day before we came over he would have the car ready for us to drive. He followed through with what he promised. The car was ready, after we test drove it we met back with him and reached a price agreement. We then met with a gentleman in the finance department who processed my loan. He was very thorough in explaining all options. Both these men hung in there with us even though it was closing time and New Years Day! I had to meet Mike that following Monday after I got off work so he could go over some of the cars functions. Again, he was ready for me. He got the bluetooth in the car set up for me, which I would have never figured out. He made a follow up phone call to make sure everything was going okay. He has been great to work with. More
