This dealership was a Great dealership to work with. I was working with this dealership from a different city two hours away. They found a extra fee that the bank charged and they payed for it out of their pocket due to me not knowing about it before driving up there. I didn't even have to ask for them to pay for the extra fee. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in or around their area. Great Place to buy a New or Used Car or Truck!!! More
I originally went to see a used Rogue but once I got there I took advantage of the 1.9% interest rate for a 2011 Rogue. The night I bought my car the salesman was extremely friendly and really took care there I took advantage of the 1.9% interest rate for a 2011 Rogue. The night I bought my car the salesman was extremely friendly and really took care of me. He told me he would call to set up an appointment to have the interior sealed, clear paint coat added and windows tinted (which I already paid for). I ended up having to call to set up the appointment because he never called back. I took my car in the next week and they had it for 4 hours and called and said it was ready for me to pick up. When I got there the interior had not been sealed and they had not put on the clear coat of paint. So we ended up having to wait another 2 hours because they had forgot (I had my 2 month old baby with me, not fun!!). Also, I put money down and they said they would wait 30 days before they cashed the check but they only waited about 2 weeks.. just an FYI. More

Dustin was very pleasant and helpful and patient when I asked for more features; he promptly searched the data base for a car on the lot which fit our needs (and wants) better. We had a budget and he worked with us on price so we could afford to buy the car we really liked. We chose Bommarito because we bought our first Nissan Altima from them in 1993 (which by the way is still running fine). We loved that car and the Nissan truck we bought in 1999 (they gave us the best price in St. Louis on it). And Bommarito's service department is superior; so we went back to them for our new car. Having Dustin for our salesperson was just a bonus because we already have had an excellent experience when dealing with Bommarito. We were not disappointed this time either. Our finance manager, Dan King, was quick and thorough. He clearly explained the maintenance extensions so we bought those as well. More
Our experience with Josh Sedivy and Bommarito Nissan has been very satisfying. Our initial contact was through an online request to many different dealers for a price quote on a 2011 Versa. Bommarito was the first to reply and let us know they had received our request and would get back to us promplty with a quote. Out of about 15 requests only 2 dealers came back with a price quote as we requested. (The rest wanted us to contact them by phone or in person - if that is what we had wanted to do we would have done it in the first place.) Josh emailed us back with a price quote that made us comfortable and we then made an appointment for a test drive. When we walked in the door we were happily greeted, asked if we were there to meet someone or needed assistance. We asked for Josh and they promptly paged him for us. We were invited to sit down and asked if we would like a water or coffee while waiting. They made us feel very welcome and comfortable. Our experience with Josh was just as comfortable. He let us test drive as many cars as we wanted without judgement or pressure. He then sat down with us and gave us a price. We told him we needed to think about it and he did not put any pressure on us to purchase right then and there. (Definitely NOT what I was expecting from a car salesman) We went home and discussed things. Josh sent us another email telling us that he was thankful that we had come in and to feel free to call or email him with any questions we might have. We went in the next day and purchased our 2011 Versa and are happy to say we are very pleased with the car and our dealings with Josh Sedivy and Bommarito Nissan. I will be recommending Josh to anyone we know that is thinking of purchasing a new car. More

The pricing was below blue book on the car that I purchased and they gave me top dollar for my trade in. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a used or new vehicle. Dan and Gregg were very helpful in trading in my used vehicle. I was not aware that my carfax showed frame damage when I purchased my vehicle. SALES MAN (JOSH) WAS VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AND WAS IN NO WAY A HIGH PRESSURE SALESMAN. THE CLOSING DEPARTMENT WAS ALSO FRIENDLY AND GAVE A LOW PRESSURE FEELING TO THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE. The service at Bommarito Nissan was very prompt, even though it was a busy night. We were given enough space and privacy to look at cars and talk privately (I was with my family) but we were never negle though it was a busy night. My salesperson (John) was VERY friendly but never pretentious and he still maintained a very high level of professionalism without being cold. He let me know my options and gave straight-forward answers. The process was smooth (and I had had some HORRIBLE experiences at 2 other dealerships the prior week) and I ended up with the best car for me.
