I had such a fantastic experience at Bommarito! Before I went to Bommarito for my Nissan Altima, I looked at other dealerships, and with no luck, we made the thirty minute drive to Hazelwood to check out wh went to Bommarito for my Nissan Altima, I looked at other dealerships, and with no luck, we made the thirty minute drive to Hazelwood to check out what Bommarito had and what type of prices Bommarito offered. My initial goal was to get a slightly used car, yet still keep low miles, (considerably) low price and a good warranty. Basically, asking for the impossible. But Bommarito Nissan provided! I ended up walking, or, driving out with a brand new 2011 Nissan Altima with all the comforts I was seeking for what I was going to be paying for a 2010 or 2009 Altima elsewhere. As for the sales rep that I worked with, Fred Reckert, enough cannot be said about him. His patience, honesty, kindness and dedication to helping me find my dream car made Fred a true pleasure to work with. Fred took the time to get to know me and my mom who was helping me pick my car. I really felt like the staff at Bommarito cared about getting me exactly what I wanted. I will certainly be telling everyone I know about my wonderful experience at Bommarito, and will definitely recommend Fred Reckert (a used car salesman who sold me a new car, might I add) to everyone I refer. I cannot think of a single complaint I had. More
I arrived at Bommarito Nissan on a Saturday afternoon dreading the situation I found myself in ....my Ford Escape was 6 years old, high mileage ,some maintenance issues and I was upsidedown on my loan. dreading the situation I found myself in ....my Ford Escape was 6 years old, high mileage ,some maintenance issues and I was upsidedown on my loan. Within 5 minutes of talking with a sales person Michael O'Shea I was offered a number of different solutions to consider, - these options were financially thought out and not just quick sales talk gimmicks.I was able to upgrade from the car that we first spoke about and again there was a feeling of being taken care of. After a test drive , I was very swiftly able to sit down with a Finance Manager , ( Kyle Reinken ) to go over the finite detail of the offer that Michael had discussed........and at no point did I feel pressurized by any additional add on Selling, just a review of the paperwork some available programs on offer and signatures to complete the deal. Everthing explained clearly. This dealership was very busy..and I now I know why - everyone was on there toes to satisfy the customer. To my suprise I was able to leave the showroom within a couple of hours of arriving , my New Nissan Rouge was gleaming , full tank of petrol , - Michael O'Shea gave me a lesson on whats what on the Dashboard. He even set up my BlueTooth for the phone and preset BBC World Service News on the Bose system. This dealership was not down the road from where I live but without doubt it was worth the trip. 5 Star Service all the way. A very 'Happy Chappie' from across the pond. More

I purchased a NEW 2010 Nissan Frontier SE on March 5, 2011. I bugged Josh Sedivy alot for weeks prior to getting the price I wanted via email. He worked with me within the negotiation process. I traded 2 vehicles, one I drove up there and the other they paid to have towed up there. They gave me what I wanted for the 2 without seeing nothing but pictures of the one they towed up for me. All my questions were answered before and during the process, heck I think I called Josh at least six times before we even headed up there. They were great! You always hear stories of how horrible car buying is so I was nervous. Cashing a check at a bank is harder than dealing with Bommarito Nissan! If I would have known that buying a vehicle was that easy I would have done it alot sooner. The last new vehicle I bought back in 2000 was a mess. I purchased an S-10 and they wouldnt even tell me what they would give me trade in until the salesman's boss came out. This was my first Nissan experience and Mike Hahn, who had come highly recommended, did not disappoint. No pressure, no car salesman cheesiness and Mike put me completely at ease. This dealership was a Great dealership to work with. I was working with this dealership from a different city two hours away. They found a extra fee that the bank charged and they payed for it out of their pocket due to me not knowing about it before driving up there. I didn't even have to ask for them to pay for the extra fee. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in or around their area. Great Place to buy a New or Used Car or Truck!!! More
I originally went to see a used Rogue but once I got there I took advantage of the 1.9% interest rate for a 2011 Rogue. The night I bought my car the salesman was extremely friendly and really took care there I took advantage of the 1.9% interest rate for a 2011 Rogue. The night I bought my car the salesman was extremely friendly and really took care of me. He told me he would call to set up an appointment to have the interior sealed, clear paint coat added and windows tinted (which I already paid for). I ended up having to call to set up the appointment because he never called back. I took my car in the next week and they had it for 4 hours and called and said it was ready for me to pick up. When I got there the interior had not been sealed and they had not put on the clear coat of paint. So we ended up having to wait another 2 hours because they had forgot (I had my 2 month old baby with me, not fun!!). Also, I put money down and they said they would wait 30 days before they cashed the check but they only waited about 2 weeks.. just an FYI. More

Dustin was very pleasant and helpful and patient when I asked for more features; he promptly searched the data base for a car on the lot which fit our needs (and wants) better. We had a budget and he worked with us on price so we could afford to buy the car we really liked. We chose Bommarito because we bought our first Nissan Altima from them in 1993 (which by the way is still running fine). We loved that car and the Nissan truck we bought in 1999 (they gave us the best price in St. Louis on it). And Bommarito's service department is superior; so we went back to them for our new car. Having Dustin for our salesperson was just a bonus because we already have had an excellent experience when dealing with Bommarito. We were not disappointed this time either. Our finance manager, Dan King, was quick and thorough. He clearly explained the maintenance extensions so we bought those as well. More
