Somehow, two weeks after the paperwork was completed, our early termination fees on the leased Infinity showed a $755.00 addon on the NMAC website. Of course, we knew there had to be a mistake. Conversations with NMAC customer service, while friendly, yielded little in the line of us NOT owing. The back and forth conversations between us, NMAC and the dealership ended when Todd Eversgerd stepped-in. In short order the issue was resolved, we owed nothing more, and our new Murano looks even brighter setting in our driveway. Kudos to Bommarito Nissan Hazelwood; we REALLY like these guys!! More
