I did my own research on the Internet for which type of car I wanted to buy. I narrowed it down to the Honda CR-V, Nissan Rogue, Ford Escape, and the Chevy Equinox. I test drove each of the cars. At both t car I wanted to buy. I narrowed it down to the Honda CR-V, Nissan Rogue, Ford Escape, and the Chevy Equinox. I test drove each of the cars. At both the Ford and Chevy dealership, the salesmen accompanied me. That was annoying because the salesmen kept talking to me while I was test driving and I couldn't really get a good sense of the car. At Bommarito Nissan, they picked out a car with all the features I wanted and allowed me to test drive by myself. I was able to get a full sense of the power, handling, comfort, and quietness of the car. After completing my test drive, there was no high-pressure attempt to get me to buy. I test drove the other cars and came back to Bommarito Nissan to buy. When they actually didn't have the exact color/interior I wanted, they obtained a car from another dealership in Wisconsin and had the car driven down for no charge. When the car arrived, they had all my paperwork ready and all I had to do was sign and drive away. It was the best car-buying experience I have every had. After the sale, I had additional accessories added to my car. They gave me a free rental for the day while they adding the accessories. That was great customer service. More

Simply put, this was the best car buying experience I have ever had!!! Both Fred & Steve made me feel as if I was their most important Customer. Examples of going above and beyond... 1. Deciding on a color - Gave me my "own personal car show" by parking the two colored cars I was deciding between and parked them in front of the show room. This allowed me to see them side by side when I pulled up to the dealership and truly helped make my decision. 2. Pinstripe OR No Pinstripe - Showed me both the car of my choice with & without pinstripe to help me amke a decision 3. Tinted Windows - Showed me different options of tinting windows. Again visually this was a big deal so I could decide. 4. They answered every question and made me feel appreciated as a Customer. The above examples were a big deal to me because Fred & Steve took the time to do these things with me rather than just taking it for granted that I could do this on my own. They truly cared about what I was looking for and put me in a situation to make the best possible informed decision so that when I drove off their lot I would be pleased with my vehicle and not have second thoughts. We just purchased our 4th new Nissan from Todd Eversgerd at Bommarito. Todd always makes the buying process easy, and almost even enjoyable, if that is possible. I called Todd one morning and within an hour he had called me back to say he had found what I was looking at another dealership and would have it for me to look at that afternoon. He was still there an hour after closing when I finally made up my mind that I wanted a different color with a different package. He located that car for me first thing the next morning and had it brought in. What I enjoy most about dealing with Todd is that he will do whatever it takes to make me happy. He also never has to go back-and-forth checking prices with another manager. He is always to the point with what can be done and in getting to the bottom dollar. You don't have to worry about him going to the back room to "see what we can do" with a manager... He just does it! I would also say that it was great that Kyle in finance remembered working with us from our previous purchase. At this point, I can't imagine buying a car from anyone other than Todd in the future. He will ALWAYS be my first choice based on personal experience and I would highly recommend him and Bommarito to anyone looking to buy a new Nissan! More

We where looking for a reasonable priced use car that we found at Bommarito. Our salesman Charlie was very freindly.
