I was very pleased with the service and friendliness of the staff. We here helped immediately after exiting our vehicle. And I am so glad I was informed of that because I went with another color rather than the one I came to test drive initially. Everything was smooth and straight forward. The approval process took no time at all. I am just sorry I can't also recall the finance guy's name because he was helpful and moved the process along easily as well. I know Nissan makes great cars and when it's time for another, I will be back at Bommarito. It was nice to come here and see things go so well after I had just left another dealer who gave us the runaround and then had the nerve to pull out stats, etc., saying we wouldn't find a deal like theirs within 200 miles. Funny, I went less than 15 miles, found a car that was a few hundred cheaper and with fewer miles for the exact same car. More

I saw the internet ad offering extra $$ off by responding, more $$ by test driving and more savings on extended warranty. Matt was informed and friendly. He explained what options are commonly chosen. His integrity was good and our negotiation was expedited due to the quote I brought with me. After closing the deal, I was very happy with the finance guy, Greg. He explained the options and helped be pick the best financing. Bommarito has a great overall reputation against Suntrup and other competitors. I did not mind driving the extra 50 miles to get the car I wanted. By the way, my wife has owned two Nissans over the past 20 years (300Z and Sentra) with no problems whatsoever. More

We were done we had a 2012 JUKE...more options than we had planned for a price much better than we had anticipated. Dustin was patient and imformative in every way possible. I am sure our future experiences with Bommarito will be the same. Dustin has set high standards for that. I know that your company must be proud to have Dustin as an employee. We came by Bommarito's to drop off a key from our Xterra we had traded. On the way there a truck passed us and splashed our new Juke with mud. We we arrived we asked Dustin for a cloth to clean off our car...Dustin came out and cleaned up our car himself...That went way above what was expected of him.... If we are ever in need of another car we would certainly ask of Dustin and be sure we will always give him a good word to our friends looking for an excellent buying experience. Anyway, we dealt with Mike O'Shea and what can I say. Great service, not your typical sleezy salesman. Mike walked us through everything. I asked him as many hard questions that I could AND even put him on the spot many times. What a true professional. We didn't get the typical, "Let me go talk with my boss" story with every question. The number 1 issue with car sales I think is trust. "Am I getting a good deal?" "What fast one are they pulling on me?" Etc. Mike did no such thing. Bommarito did no such thing. What a great experience!! Mike is now our "car guy" and I will send anyone I know who is looking for a car to Mike first. Great Job!! More

I was searching for a used car after my previous one was in a wreck. Saw this 2009 Subaru Impreza offered at a low price at this dealership. Went to the dealership around 5:30 pm on a Saturday, 30 minutes before closing and asked Fred R. if I could take the car for a test drive. He had a phone call but still took care of my needs in a professional manner. He took the car to the carwash and removed the stickers so that the car looks brand spanking new. Branch Manager Greg Frasca was also very courteous and professionalin handling the financial side of the sale. Overall, it was a very smooth and hassle-free car buying experience. More
