We have purchased several cars over the years, from other dealerships, but our experience with Fred Reckert has been the best by far!! He went above and beyond what we could have ever expected. The car our daughter was driving was totalled by a hail storm, and she needed to purchase another car. This would be her first car titled in her name. Fred didn't treat her like a kid - he looked her in the eyes and spoke to her. He explained everything to her and asked her all of the questions. After all of the paperwork was finished we met with Greg in Financing. He explained to her, in detail, everything that she was signing and why. He joked with her and shared some stories with her and made this experience very personal. She walked out of their office feeling confident in her choice of car and her financing. We would definitely recommend Bommarito Nissan and Fred to everyone!! Thank you gentlemen for making our daughters first car buying experience amazing!!!! More

Our daughter went to Bommarito with a clear budget and a top amount to pay monthly. This was communicated clearly to the finance man and to the salesman. On at least two occasions, it was indicated to he top amount to pay monthly. This was communicated clearly to the finance man and to the salesman. On at least two occasions, it was indicated to her and to us that they could “probably” get close to that amount with a co-sign. However, on the day she was to pick up her car, she was told that the monthly payments were above her top number and she only found out after initiating several phone calls. We also found out that the co-sign credit application was not given to the finance department until after phone calls were made and only about an hour before the car was to picked up. If she had not called, that information would not have been communicated until she was sitting at the table to sign the papers. She had so clearly and on several occasions indicated that she had a budget and a limit to pay and no one felt it was important enough to tell her this information about her monthly payments would be before she came to sign the papers! When we got there, we only got excuses about language and vacation and “it’s not my fault”. If our daughter had not needed the car and it were me, I would have walked out the dealership. I would not recommend this car dealership nor will I buy a car from the Bommarito organization in the future. More
Matt McManus is exceptional!My service at Bomarrito Nissan was phenomenal. Matt asked me exactly what I wanted and then made it as easy as saying yes or no to my options he presented me with. The finance man, Kyle, he also made this a very smooth transaction by answering all questions I had about my purchase. Once I decided which new car I wanted Matt even switched my license plates and assisted me with transferring my belongings from my old car to the new one. I can tell that Matt has a great quality of work as he greated me at the door and offered me a beverage while we spoke. Once everything was done I felt very confindent in my purchase with Bommarito Nissan because I had a very good understanding of everything thanks to Matt and Kyle. Thank you guys! More
On a Friday night I went to look at a pre-owned Pathfinder they had listed on their website, I had been looking at Xterra's because most of the Pathfinders that I had seen advertised were out of my Pathfinder they had listed on their website, I had been looking at Xterra's because most of the Pathfinders that I had seen advertised were out of my price range, too old or too high on mileage. Fred told me about the Pathfinder and let me take it for a test drive. After I had finished testing the Pathfinder, I asked if I could take new Xterra for a test drive for comparison sake, Fred got me the keys to one even though he only handles the pre-owned vehicles. After I got back from testing the Xterra, Fred and I further discussed the Pathfinder. Even though I was pretty sure I was going to get the vehicle I told Fred that I should probably bring my wife by to make sure she liked the it, he said he thought that was a wise decision as well, instead of pressuring me into taking the vehicle home that evening. We went back the next day and purchased the Pathfinder, never any high pressure from Fred or Kyle in the financing department. We are really enjoying the Pathfinder and the extra room we have to carry all five in the family comfortably. Thanks to Fred and Kyle for making the process as painless as possible. My price rating would actually be a 4.5, the vehicle was priced very well but there was no wiggle room on it to negotiate it down or to get minor defects on the vehicle resolved. This in no way reflects poorly on Fred or Kyle, they were both extremely helpful throughout the process. More

Very knowledgeable about his product and was also very helpful (and patient) when explaining all the toots and whistles! (Not always easy for 70 yr. olds!) I had walked out of another dealership when the salesman turned me over to the floor manager when I would not commit to purchasing their vehicle that day. DID NOT APPRECIATE THAT TECHNIQUE! Nissan Bommarito can be proud to have Todd as part of their sales force. I will certainly recommend him to anyone I know who is in the market for a Nissan product and will definitely come back to him in the future when I'm ready for another new car. Additionally, my experience with the Finance Officer, Greg Frasca, was equally handled to my satisfaction. He too, was very patient and thorough when explaining how the financing worked. (Had not financed a car for many, many years.) More
