We didn't want any "surprise" numbers thrown at us at the last minute. Mark made sure we were granted every discount that was available. He even made sure the trade-in allowance was fair. Believe me, my wife checked the Blue Book, Edmunds, and KBB trade-in values to make sure we understood the value of her car. Mark was honest and upfront on the pricing. He made sure the car my wife wanted WAS the car she wanted by driving around town, the highway, and then some. We even test drove a car that was her second choice. After she drove that, Mark had all the numbers put together for the first car and low and behold her first choice worked. My wife had a 2009 Maxima that had all of the nice equipment that was available in 2009 and she traded up to a 2012 Maxima that had more equipment and now she has a lesser monthly payment than before!
