I purchased a used vehicle at Bommarito of Hazelwood. They had the car I needed, or I would have definitely walked out. I felt like I was being jerked around and pushed out the door. These guys did all the typical used car tricks (pretending to negotiate on the price: "I really worked for you back there, but my GM won't budge," rushing me out so I wouldn't notice there was only one key, then coming up with a line of xx when I demanded the other one, and promising to fix a creaky seat and scotch guard the carpet, telling me they did it, then admitting they lied when I called them out on it). The GM was slimey, and the salesmen were inattentive at best. The finance officer wasn't a jerk, at least. I had a much better experience at Bommarito VW across the street. I will never, ever go back to Nissan, though I intend to buy an Altima next year. More

The salesman acted like he did not even wish to negotiate and did not even drive the car. Treated me and the wife very poorly and he was aloof and acted like he did not wish to sell the car.
