Matt McManus handled our sale (3rd time)--he's a very special person, so knowledgeable, customer focused, with thorough explanations about all the Nissan line. He went above and beyond our expectations--his service to us was exemplary in all areas. I take my wife's Nissan Maxima (also bought from Bommarito) in for routine service and somehow Matt always knows I am there and comes by to say hello. He is the main reason we keep going back to Bommarito...he is such a great ambassador for this dealership and for Nissan. Greg Frasca (Finance) was a pleasure to work with also. He was so friendly and polite and took his time in explaining all the details, to make sure we understood everything including the vehicle warranty and extended warranty. We found the car we were looking for on the internet, and followed up with a store visit. On a very cold and windy day Charlie was very accommodating from the start, making sure we were comfortable. We explored the options of buying a used 2012 Altima with buying a new 2013. He very honest in his approach and helped us make the right decision. The price was at or below what other dealerships were charging, and once we decided to buy it, he made sure it was prepped and ready for delivery when all the paperwork was done. The care was very clean and in showroom condition. Charlie took the time to show us all of the features and make sure all of our questions were answered. After the purchase he realized my wife had left her drivers license there. He offered to drive it to us some 60 miles away. We made other arrangements to get it back, but commitment to do whatever it takes was impressive. Of the 12-15 cars my wife and I have bought at dealerships this was by far the best experience. I just bought a new Maxima from Doug Wang at Bommarito Nissan, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. Not only did I get a great deal on exactly the car I wa Nissan, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with the level of service I received. Doug even picked me up at my home and drove me to the dealership since I was not trading in my old car and wasn't sure I could get a ride to Bommarito before their sale ended. It's also worth mentioning that the quality of vehicles at Bommarito seems to be superior to other dealerships in the area (and believe me, I shopped around). The finish and especially the interior detail work was more like what you would expect to see on a luxury brand (Infiniti, etc.) than what other dealers were offering. This, along with the best price in town, makes a visit to Bommarito well worth the trip. Charlie was the only person who was polite to me over the phone when I called asking about a juke.
