He was professional and respectful and worked with Bud, the sales manager, to get the color car we wanted at a fair price. We appreciate his good service and that of Kyle, the finance manager. i was in dire straits, having my Jaguar totalled while parked in front of my home by an uninsured, unlisenced driver. i still had my Miata, but it does not go in snow. I asked if there was such a thing as an SUV convertible, i think i just saw one. He said there is a Murano Cross Cabriolet, and we have one in the lot with 15,000 miles on it. To buy it new would be 48 grand, and a special order. So i did some reasearch, and found out the car was priced $3,500 less than the average going price. I made a appointment with Mike, and was able to make a deal, and trade in my Miata. Mike was very thorough, in every step of the process, including showing me every detail of how to operate a car technology i never saw before, and amazed me. After, he took me through the lot to look for a car for my wife. More
