This was the best car buying experience we have had! From the start, Jessica was responsive, professional and friendly when we began communicating about a vehicle purchase at Bommarito Nissan. Being 90 From the start, Jessica was responsive, professional and friendly when we began communicating about a vehicle purchase at Bommarito Nissan. Being 90 miles away, Jessica understood the importance of getting us the information we needed and understanding what inventory choices were available and possible for them to obtain for us. We arrived 30 minutes prior to closing on a Saturday and Jessica had two vehicles out front parked next to each other ready for us to test drive and compare colors. She even had them washed so the color comparison would be clear! She accompanied us on our test drive and we never felt rushed to hurry up and make a decision. We knew what we wanted in less than 30 minutes and started the paperwork when the rest of the salespersons were leaving at closing time. Todd in Finance was ready and waiting for us with the paperwork and after a few questions, he had everything printed, organized and ready to go. Even though it was 30 minutes after closing, he did not make us feel rushed or display any impatient behaviors and even when we apologized for keeping him late, he made us feel relaxed and at ease. One hour after closing, Jessica was still there with the same pleasant personality and smile as when we arrived. She took the time to walk us through the new vehicle settings and even paired our iPhone with the new vehicle. Again, we never felt rushed to leave even though I knew she had stayed one hour past closing (I wish our local Nissan dealership had this level of customer service). We would not hesitate to return to this dealership in the future, and in fact, will gladly travel the 90 miles for the free oil changes and tire rotation services they offer rather than go to our local Nissan dealer for these services. I knew from my past positive experiences this would be a smooth transaction. Fred has a friendly personality, patient attitude and he is a very knowledgeable salesman. A few months ago, I had brought my 2004 Nissan Maxima in for routine maintenance servicing. While waiting, I spoke to Fred and receive helpful information and test drove a new 2013 Nissan Maxima. I appreciated Fred's hassle-free style. I now love my new 2013 Nissan Maxima! My two- times new automobile buying experiences were certainly with a first-class professional. We hit a snag in that our trade in was not mechanically sound which was news to us. The dealership, Bud Coleman in particular, still offered a competitive trade in value. Greg Frasca, the Finance Manager, was very positive and friendly and provided us some good comparisons in which to make decisions. Overall the entire transaction was very positive. We left with a very good impression of Ms McCann and Mr. Coleman and Frasca. Bottom Line is that we will definitely refer our friends to this dealership team and, when we need another vehicle, we will look to this locale and these people first. Thank you. More
