First a couple of points. My wife and I have been married for over 33 years. In that time we've purchased only two cars new (usually buy late model used from individuals) and the car we purchased th married for over 33 years. In that time we've purchased only two cars new (usually buy late model used from individuals) and the car we purchased through Matt McManus/Bommarito Nissan was only the third car we've ever purchased from a dealership period. I've walked out of dealerships numerous times over the years due to the games of salespersons, the unwillingness to deal in good faith, the surprise last minute changes to already made agreements etc. So I'm very much a skeptic when dealing with dealership car salesmen due to my past experiences. Secondly I've never felt compelled to make a public review such as this one before, which speaks to how satisfied we are with regard to how this purchase was handled by the salesman and the dealership. I found the Infiniti G37 coupe we purchased online after nearly 3 months of looking to find the right car properly equipped at an acceptable price. We're in the Kansas City area so it's a 5 hour drive to St. Louis to even look at the car. I called Matt and quizzed him on the cars condition etc. Matt personally inspected the car for us so he could answer my specific questions, assured me to the excellent condition of the car, told me we'd be impressed with it, and that if for some reason we didn't like something about it any deal could be called off no obligation. Having done the homework previously and knowing what the market is on this vehicle I made a reasonable offer on the car contingent on our favorable pre-purchase test drive and inspection. Matt called me back a couple of hours later to say that they would accept our offer and that they would hold the car for us for 48 hours to give us the opportunity to drive the 5 hours to check it out. When we got to the dealership everything about the car was just as described, even better than we'd expected in fact. There were no games, the deal was done just as I had been told on the phone it would be. Matt was extremely professional, friendly, and helpful through the entire process and there was no pressure applied in any manner. There were absolutely no games, the deal went through as previously agreed on the phone, no surprises. Including the phone calls back and forth, the test drive and inspection, and the paperwork we probably had a total of less than 3 hours in the entire purchase process and we drove the car home that afternoon. We're extremely happy with our purchase and with our dealings with Matt McManus and Bommarito and I'd definitely recommend both. I'm still a skeptic but it's good to know there are at least a few decent and honest people in the car sales business, you just have to dig for them I suppose. Kansas City car dealerships could definitely take a lesson from Matt and Bommarito in St. Louis. More

Fred was very pleasant and professional. He was not pushy. The only thing we wish is that he would have shown us the features of the Nissan . For 20 years or more I have purchased Mercury vehicles. I thought that the service and the salesmen at that dealership were pretty good. Then I went to the Bommarito Nissan Dealership and my whole buying a car experience rose to a higher level!!! It was very busy that day, but Dustin and Matt were like a tag team. They made sure I was comfortable and wasn't left alone. They were awesome. Dustin took me directly to the car I had inquired about. No hassles or trying to show me other cars. I was allowed to test drive the car and Dustin listened to my questions and concerns about the car and had them checked out right then and there....and then took care of them. When Dustin had to step away for a while he sent Matt fill in. I felt like I had two salesmen...not working against each other... but both working on my behalf. Professional, Patient, Personable, Friendly, Courteous and Unforgettable is how I would describe Dustin and Matt. AND Then.....they turned me over to Kyle in financing. Kyle was awesome too. He stuck with me until he got the best financing available for my situation. I will recommend these gentlemen and My Bommarito Nissan Dealership to my friends and family. Thank you ALL so much!!! Fred is awesome. He is incredibly helpful, and one heck of a nice guy. I also appreciated his restraint. I've experienced quite a few car dealers who were too pushy and over the top. A co-worker recommended Paul. We went in without an appointment on a very busy Saturday. Even though Paul was juggling several other customers he treated us as if we were the only ones there. Before my experience at Bommarito I would have not even considered a Nissan. I will definitely come in again on future purchases. More
I live in Blairsville, GA. My son was in a car accident and totaled his car, so we found ourselves in the market for a car in short order. My son had a very specific car in mind as his replacement - a Nissan Altima 2-Dr Coupe, a difficult to find model as we came to find out. Through a very good friend of mine in St. Louis, we were put in touch with Bommarito - Steve Colesworthy in particular. Even though the transaction was long distance, it was the best automobile purchase experience we have ever had. Steve was able to identify the car, work to hold the car until we sent the money, and completed the transaction via express mail. My friend took delivery on the car in a few days and it was ready for pickup with we made the trip to St. Louis on Labor Day weekend. Never has a transaction gone so smoothly, in person let alone long distance. I really appreciate Steve's effort, as well as a young salesperson with the last name Gonzalez...I feel terribly that I can't remember his first name. I would recommend Bommarito at any time to anyone looking to buy an automobile. More
I made my very first dealership purchase with Bommarito Nissan two years ago. My experience then was decent. This time around, it left a lot to be desired. I first contacted Bommarito Nissan looking for Nissan two years ago. My experience then was decent. This time around, it left a lot to be desired. I first contacted Bommarito Nissan looking for an upgrade to the vehicle I had purchased from them and also to arrange a trade-in. I completed a financing application in advance and was telephoned and told that I was pre-approved and that all I had to do was come down to the dealership. I went and was able to test drive the vehicle I wanted. The salesman just handed me the key and said that he couldn't come with me because he was busy with another customer. Keep in mind that I hsd gone online to their website the day before and *scheduled* the test drive and was told by a rep on the phone that the time slot would be cleared and that Mr. McManus would be available at that time. After test driving, Mr. McManus collected the keys for my trade-in to inspect it. He kept my keys for almost 3 hours and left me and my 5 year old son captive in the dealership - checking in every 30 minutes or so to collect paperwork and assure me that he was working on the deal. When I was finally allowed to talk with the finance department, I was told that financing was not available for the vehicle I wanted. Instead, I was offered a vehicle I did not want for a monthly payment that was completely unreasonable. I declined the offer and was promised that Mr. McManus would work hard to find just the right vehicle at just the right price and contact me soon. To add insult to injury, Mr. McManus mispronounced my name as I was leaving the dealership. Obviously this repeat customer was not high on his list of priorities that day. More
