I am giving this dealership a "great" review due to the salesman I worked with, Fred Reckert. He really went above and beyond any previous experience I have had buying a car. The vehicle I purchased was delivered with only one key and keyfob, Fred and the salesman who had worked with the previous owner were able to track down the extra set of keys and fobs. They mailed them to me, no charge. This was all done after the sale and took some extra work on their part but they saved me well over a hundred dollars with that extra effort. I also want people to know that I came from over 600 miles away to purchase my used vehicle and Fred was very accurate in his description and condition of the vehicle which was excellent. More

I very rarely take the time to fill one of these out but I have been so impressed with Rich in the service department at Bommarito Nissan that I felt compelled to do this. Not only does he take all of the time that is needed with you and with your car, but he also is friendly, intelligent, and speaks to you like a human being. He is extremely respectful of your time and budget and will work with you on what needs to be done with your vehicle so that you're left feeling like you're in complete control of what just happened - rather than left scratching your head at the end of the day with a bill and no idea what was done to your car. I had to wait a few minutes when I went to pick up my car and he was on the phone, obviously he apologized for my wait (because he's Rich, and he's a kind person), and I told him that I would wait all day if it meant that I got to work with him. I meant it too. The best part is that this is pretty much true of everyone at Bommarito Nissan - I worked with Dustin to lease my car and he was fantastic too. He doesn't push you into a anything and takes the time to explain all options to you. You will have all the information you need to decide and he's genuinely ok with it. He also didn't let me leave without fully explaining all the things this car did that my old car did not. I must say, had he not done that part, I might have been back in 15 minutes for a loaner. Kyle in finance was just as helpful and extremely patient with all the paperwork. I'm thankful he was so skilled at his work or it might have been a lot longer process. Overall I would definitely use this dealership again and have already recommended them. The car was beautifully detailed when I picked it up so the service department does a great job. They even serve Starbucks and have free wi-fi had I needed it. What else could you ask for? I'll go back I suppose that's answer enough right? More

It has been a while since I purchase a car from a dealership. After a bad experince with a Toyota dealer in St. Chares, I was very apprehensive approaching another dealer. Once I was at the dealership I was a little nervous but working with Jessica made things very easy and not at all intimidating. I was even offered lunch while I was there on Saturday which was very impressive. Yesterday, one week after my purchase a box of chocolate chip cookies showed up thanking me for my business.
