Bommarito is a no-brainer choice for us since we loved one of our previous vehicles - Nissan Quest! Our experience with Matt Gonzalez was the best. Talk about a great guy. And no, we didn't know him before. His genuine concern and non-forceful demeanor is endearing. We NEEDED a car desperately, but Matt didn't force anything on us. What an asset he is to the Bommarito Family! Matt worked with us, introduced us to Tom Bommarito and Tom assured us that Matt was taking good care of us. We felt that from the start. Working with Greg was also a pleasure. We all know how dealing with finances can be offputting, but Greg made it less painful with his constant smile. Matt told us that Greg would be great, and he didn't lie. Matt was so great that I have told many friends and have passed his card to a friend who went to Bommarito Honda (sorry) just the other day. They purchased a used vehicle for their daughter at Bommarito Honda because our experience with Bommarito was so great. (And they have friends working at two other car dealerships!) Okay, enough praise! I just can't get over what a great experience it was working with Matt! Thank you for everything! and for the cookies, too. What a treat! More

Dustin always gives you a fair price over the internet and it is always better than you could get anywhere else. He is a really straight guy and a pleasure to talk with. It is a great relief not to have to bargain and bargain over the price. The service department is great also. All in all a great experience rather than a trail. More

Having said that this dealership doesn't need to even bother responding with a fake apology for PR purposes. I went to look at a v6 camaro last fall, waited 35 minutes while being told they were looking for someone to help me before someone came over. I told the salesman that I had a trade and what is was, Then The salesmen (who by the way I was told is the Gms brother) talked to his manager before i even went out to look it over. the manager said that he was very particular about that car and that I couldn't drive it. It was a 6 cylinder camaro, not a Ferrari not even a v8 ss model! I tried to be polite but I was furious so i left. about a month later i saw another car on cars.com at there lot so I figured Id give them another chance.I was wrong. same salesmen same manager. when I asked If I could actually drive this car before I wasted anytime again the salesmen again went and asked his manager and then came back and said "my manager said that this sounds like another wild goose chase" Then he told me if i want to drive the car I would need to go across the highway to their honda store to get an appraisal of my car first! are you freaking kiddin me! Obviously I told him what he could do with his car. i made calls and left messages for the GM but he never called back either! this place sucks. By the way i bought a new Hyundai genesis coupe 3.8 track model the next day..good job losers! so if you want to waste your time and be insulted head to bommarito.. if you want to buy a car with great salespeople and managers try your luck anywhere else! Used Car Purchase I called Bommarito Nissan on Saturday April 12, 2014 while searching for a car. I was so fortunate to have spoken with Chris Colesworthy. He never pressured me but only stated the dealership hours and assured me that Bommarito Nissan definitely had the car I was looking for. He even asked me my name, made small conversation, and gave me his direct line in case I had trouble finding the dealership. At this point....I WAS CONVINCED that this was the car dealer for me. I made my way there on Monday morning and contacted Chris to let him know I was in route. This awesome young man texted me the directions with a map attached so I wouldnt get lost. (AMAZING). When I arrived he showed me nothing but outstanding customer service. I felt like he was my little brother (lol). He had a great sense of humor, made sure my Starbucks coffee cup stayed full, offered me refreshments, snacks, etc. Just a sweet, humble, caring, salesman. But it doesnt stop there. It turned out to be a long day for me because I had driven a rental car to Bommarito & needed to return it to Hertz. I also had to make a stop at my insurance office that day. Chris found the nearest Hertz Rental location, texted me the address & directions, and met me at Hertz to drive me back Bommarito Nissan so I could drive my new car home ! Oh, there's more. I had a rough time with my insurance company and I began to complain about it. Chris strongly recommended I try a different company who offers OUTSTANDING customer service as well. Now I'm over the top happy about my car shopping experience + my NEW insurance company...... all because of CHRIS COLESWORTHY OF BOMMARITO NISSAN. There was no way i could have left Bommarito Nissan before speaking with Tom Bommarito (General Manager) about this awesome, loyal, dedicated, and sweet salesperson by the name of Chris Colesworthy. He is second to none ! I have already began recommending friends/associates to do business with him. Chris treats his customers with care & concern ! And the tin of Chocolate Chip Cookies I received by mail on April 24 as a thank you from the dealership......were absolutley DELICIOUS ! I will NEVER forget this experience...EVER ! More
