Easy, straightforward experience. I'd been looking for a new car for about a month when I came into sit down with Mr. Coleman. I had experienced all of the typical trappings when it co I'd been looking for a new car for about a month when I came into sit down with Mr. Coleman. I had experienced all of the typical trappings when it comes to dealing with dealerships: bait and switch, endless calls and messages (even texts), and just general annoying things that put you off wanting to deal with the whole process. Tyler didn't do any of that. We had a brief email exchange, I told him what I was interested in, I came in and test drove it, and bought the car. I wasn't shown anything that wasn't what I was interested in or felt pressured to buy anything additional or over a level I was comfortable with. I had a simple conversation with him and he stayed within those boundaries. We talked about the car for maybe 10 minutes in total and general shoot the xxxx type stuff the rest of the time. The mark of a good salesman is not letting your customer feel like they're being taken for a ride or let them get uneasy with the process, and Tyler handled that expertly. I doubt I'm going to be in the market for a new vehicle for a while but I'll check with Tyler Coleman when that time comes. More

This past month I was in a panic. I went to different dealerships and had no luck. I felt like I was being pressured by cars salesmen and made me feel uncomfortable. A friend whom has purchased cars from Todd referred me. As soon as I sent Todd and email about what type of car and features I wanted he was on the ball . I met with him Thursday. Every car I test drove he gave me and explanation of each car and its features. I wanted a Nissan Altima , so he showed me the 2018 cars and I saw the car I wanted. He ran and got the keys. I didn't think I would have been approved for a brand new car but I was. Thanks to Todd. When talking to Todd I felt like I knew him and felt comfortable talking to him about cars and trusted him. He is very professional and was all about me and my wants and needs with out any pressure. I will be referring Todd to everyone I know. The car was put on hold the morning we drove up so it was not gone when we arrived. The car was detailed and waiting up front when we arrived and we were greeted by name as we entered the dealership. Considerations were made for me and the kids that were thoughtful and made the experience more desirable including free waters, ice cream and a waiting room, not to mention the car was even better than the online pictures and verbal descriptions. It was an enjoyable process and I am gtateful for such a safe, nice car that will be in our family for many years to come. Thank you to our salesperson that worked hard to ensure our happiness with the vehicle, finance person that completed our documents in a timely manner, beating our local finance rate, the maintenance team that ensured our vehicle was safe and met their high standards and everyone else behind the scenes that made the purchase possible.
