We spoke to him on the phone, and asked him what the difference between the list price and out of door price. He told us the difference is administration fee. We felt that we can trust him. We came in and did test drive the two cars that we are interested. We are little bothered by the internal color. Mikey listened well and went to check on computer without our request. After we returned from test drive, he told us that he has found a car that has just arrived and is exactly what we want but it costs a little more because it has more Advanced features. We did test drive the car and loved it, we purchased it immediately. Mike is very friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and trustworthy. We had one of the best car purchase experiences: Before we came to this dealer, we went the other Nissan dealer which gave us a terrible experience. We found on line that this dealer has a 4.5 star ratting. Now I can say that they deserve that rating! More
