My Murano now has 5000 miles on it, so I took it in for service a second time. It still rocks back and forth on the road. This time they drove it and verified that. They don't seem to take me seriously service a second time. It still rocks back and forth on the road. This time they drove it and verified that. They don't seem to take me seriously and told me its the 20" wheels. They said that the "low profile" tires will cause the car to rock. They must think I'm a dummy. It has factory wheels and tires and if all 20" wheels caused all cars to rock back and forth no one would have them on their vehicles. They also promised that I could drive another Murano with 20" wheels to see if it also rocks. That hasn't happened. When I take a car in for service with a problem I expect the car to be fixed before I leave the dealership. This isn't the case at this dealership. They send you home not fixed to return again and again. I wish I would have bought a different brand of car. This is a horrible experience for me. More

Showed me how to operate all the features once I’d made my decision-even had my new car driven home for me (as I had a loaner to drive) in time to drive myself to work in my New Rogue. The next the battery was dead. I chalked it up to the car sitting on the lot during the winter. I called Bommarito and followed their instructions for getting it replaced with the promise it would be reimbursed. I sent them my receipt and received a reimbursement for the battery itself. However, they did reimburse the taxes or the installment fee. I gave them a call and let them know they did not provide a full reimbursement. I was assured they would send an adjusted check. It has been about a month since then and I have not received an adjusted check despite following up several times. It's not that much money, but I would expect more from a company who I just gave thousands of dollars. Overall, disappointing and shows a lack of professionalism. More
