Very good My dealings with Elma and Steve Toppings were very good. Elma was most helpful on the phone, and excellent when we met at the dealership. When my daughter and I arrived at the dealership on Thursday (no appointment), no one was at the desk up front. We stood there a bit, and then walked to the area with the small tables. Several employees passed us, but no one acknowledged that we were there. Soon a young man who was walking as if he was on a mission walked by; my daughter, called,"sir, sir" and he stopped and turned around. She quickly explained the reason for our presence, and he said he would have someone meet us--everyone was very busy. In a few minutes, Steve (I do not know his last name) came up, and was most helpful--bringing the car we were interested in, and after looking at the vehicle, we took it for a short drive in the area. Since we had an appointment the following day with Elma, we thanked him and said we would return on Friday. More
