He explained options we could get such as extended warranties (no pressure to buy). He was also very thorough in explaining everything we were signing. So so happy!! I visited the dealership, thinking about trading in my 2009 Rogue, after having such a good experience with the former West County Nissan. Matt McManus exceeded my expectations. From the time he greeted me, I never once felt pressured or hurried. He was friendly, helpful, and was genuinely concerned about finding me a vehicle that I was 100% happy with. He did! And I'm even more in love with my 2016 Rogue than I was my 2009.
