Fast, friendly, no pressure, collaborative!!! Matt was extremely helpful and professional in every way!! He gave us insight to the features and functionality of the 2016 Pathfinder and explained the difference between the older and new models. He helped us understand what we were getting for our money and worked out a great deal for our trade in vehicle. When we came to pick up our car he had all the paperwork and the finance gentleman ready to go so we didn't have to spend the whole day waiting to get everything in order and signed. He even gave us a tour of the service shop (which was the cleanest shop I've ever seen) so we knew what to expect when coming in for our maintenance needs (oil changes, etc). He was friendly and polite to everyone walking around the store even when things were getting busy. I would definitely send friends and family to this location...no matter how far the drive is for someone!!! More

Unprofessional and rude salesmen I expected a great service from the reviews I read online, but when arrived Damon was talking to the receptionist rather the supposid customer he was I expected a great service from the reviews I read online, but when arrived Damon was talking to the receptionist rather the supposid customer he was dealing with (probably his wife), like he told us when we were talking to him. While talking to him, he interrupted us by answering his phone and having a few minute conversation. We were really interested in the car and were looking forward to negotiating the price, he never asked us to come sit and discuss, and told us they will not negotiate at all. It didn't seem like he was interested in selling a car, and was being forced to be there. We were highly disappointed and will never go back to this dealership again. More

They had everything waiting for us when we got there and made it as quick and paid less as possible. We dealt with Damon and he was amazing to deal with. Low pressure, Awesome experience with Matt McManus My experience dealing with Matt was the best car buying experience I remember having. Matt ensured I understood his job was to get me the car I want. My experience dealing with Matt was the best car buying experience I remember having. Matt ensured I understood his job was to get me the car I want. I understand the company needs to have some profit involved but at the same time I told Matt it was my job to get the car as close to free as possible! ;) He worked with me and my wife to a point we felt comfortable purchasing. I was prepared to walk out if the deal wasn't approaching my needs from the outset, but never once thought of leaving. We bought that night and traded in my previous car as well. People's common thought is that you get "taken" on the trade in, but I felt that too was very close to the value I wanted for the trade in. My day job is designing User Experiences so I truly enjoy and watch for the little things that make an experience enjoyable - even down to the little nuances that are less noticeable. Matt's professional manner, mixed with casual, friendly interaction with myself and my wife made for a truly wonderful dealing - even though we both knew it was a business deal - I will go directly to Matt on any future deal with this dealership. The dealership's attention to detail - even the shop that most people don't always see, was beautiful, well maintained, and clean. In my experience, that means when the things we don't see are being taken care of, it is a professional operation all around. AS AN FYI: MATT AND THE DEALERSHIP IN GENERAL WERE AMAZING!! THEY GET 5 STARS. THE REASON FOR 3 STARS BELOW IS BECAUSE OF THE FINANCE PERSON I DELT WITH I was not a fan of the finance person (won't publicly name names for bad reviews) and his finance sales tactics. Got an eye roll or two when I didn't buy extra stuff and a "Really!?". The best user experience would have been to say something like: "I know most people think it's not necessary, but I truly know the value. How can I make sure your car is safe with you feeling comfortable purchasing this? Maybe if I find a way to lower the APR another .5% to compensate for the extra cost a bit, would that be helpful?" (Because I have 800 credit and anything over 2% is not right - which is what happened.) I said "no" three times, and after the 2nd "no" I got an eye roll, it became a me vs him and I wouldn't take it if it was offered for $10. The finance person didn't deserve it. I was there 6 hours - I wanted the deal done, so that's why I let up my guard and lived with it (bad for me, I know, but it's definitely going to be solved). More

Jan just left for work she is truly delighted in her brand new automobile wow .we went to the dean team dealership first seemed al they cared about was getting a contract.the tuscon was nothing compared to the Rogue.
