Our experience was not a good one, to say the least. Bommarito was not our first pick, it was our 3rd in fact. We were going to buy the same car, at around the same cost, with half the miles at Plaza In Bommarito was not our first pick, it was our 3rd in fact. We were going to buy the same car, at around the same cost, with half the miles at Plaza Infiniti but unfortunately, they were having delivery issues and after waiting we decided to just get something that was available now. While the process did not impress me with the low trade-in value, and the seller's lack of engagement, my girlfriend wanted an Infiniti Q50 so we purchased it. We even purchased the extended warranty which was almost 3k. That was a bad experience too, but I am not getting into that. The biggest issue was the ride. At highway speeds, the car was all over the place as if the alignment was off. It also vibrated when you would break as if the rotors were warped. Bommarito offers a 5-day 100% return, no questions asked policy which they do not tell you about, but it is on their site. We did inquire about it. Sunday was day 4 and they were closed, Monday was the last day we could have returned the car. My girlfriend called our salesperson to let him know there are issues with the car, and we wanted them covered or we were returning the car. The ball was in our court as they say. Well, our salesperson did not call us back that day. He apologized and said he was busy and forgot. Very convenient right? The ball was now out of our court and we were at the mercy of Bommarito. So the issue was not the rotors or alignment, but the tires. 1 tire was brand new, and the other tires were 4/32 which is deep in the yellow, and 1 point from failing safety. When I brought this up, they were aware of it. The way I understood it was, that even though the tires passed inspection by short hair, they still passed. I was told they have 8k miles of life left. While I could see on everyone's faces, they knew what they did was on the shady side. They agreed to give us one tire, and allow us to buy two more tires for $550. After taxes, and warranty, we are out almost 40k, and then we have to give them more money. This would have never happened if our salesperson should have called us back. The car would be back in Bommarito's name, and we would be driving a different Q50 from a different dealership. Due to our salesperson not giving us a call back (which seems intentional now) we did not take back the car in the 5 days and are now stuck spending more money. We are trying to decide if we want to seek advise into if this was legal or not. By not calling us back on that Monday cost us. We will have to worry about this when we get back from vacation. More

They each took plenty of time to go over all the features of the vehicles to the point that when we left for home both times we felt very confident with the vehicles. Also very pleased with the assistance from everyone in finance all the way to the service dept. They have definitely earned our repeat business and I highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. If you go in be sure to ask for Damon Sleeper or Ted Dunn!! More

Purchased a used car in October 2021. After having several problems with the service department I decided to cancel the extended warranty and sell the car. The loan was paid off when the car was sold. I contacted the warranty company and was told the refund comes from the dealer so I went to the finance department and spoke to one of the finance guys. He was rude and told me I had to wait. It's been 6 weeks since I cancelled the warranty. Seems like the dealer was paid right away for the car and warranty but I'm still waiting for my refund. This dealer doesn't care about customer service after the sale. Their service department sucks and so does the finance department. They take advantage of the customer. More

Dan our sales guy was great, but that's where the great service ended, bought an Armada from here after this dealership agreed to take care of 3 things that needed attention and get a second key fob. After initially having the vehicle for 10 days they only repaired 2 of the 3 things that we agreed on and "forgot" to get get us another key fob. Had to drop the car off again for another day to get the key fob programmed and get the inner fender properly installed and secured as it was damaged and loose. Upon picking up the vehicle for the 2nd time the inner fender was replaced without being properly secured and was missing several retaining clips that were supposed to be installed. Management was nowhere to be seen or heard from after Dan our sales guy went and had a screaming match as he put it with them regarding this issue. Had to take the car home as it became clear nothing was going to be done about this issue. I was unaware as to how negligently the new inner fender was installed by this dealerships own service department till i noticed something dangling from the car while being out of town on the 4th of July, upon further inspection i noticed it had been rubbing the tire to the point that it rubbed a hole in the fender and exposing the tire to jagged plastic that could have shredded the tire if we continued to drive the car. Had to replace the fender they installed with a new one along with all the fasteners they didn't feel like installing. Still have not heard back or received reimbursement for the parts that i had to replace. I have reached out to David Evans with no response, have filled out their contact form with no answer, was told by their chat that someone would be reaching out and nothing. More
