WOW! Is all I can say on how terrible this place is. I am from Albuquerque, NM and I flew down with my fiance to purchase a car from Bommarito. The entire time they were so professional, we arrived from the airport around 6pm and left the dealership around 7 to drive back to NM. 3 weeks later we find out that in our new toyota sport 4runner the 4 wheel low doesn't work. We take it to our local Toyota dealership who explained that "someone" had to have known because the parts where attempted to be put back together and that the dealership should cover the cost. Well numerous attempts later we finally get a manger named Ben who says we bought car as is and that the dealership only made $200 off of the sale, so we are lucky. I spoke with another manger Joel and explained how upset I was and he too could care less. I had to spend an additional $2,800 to fix the part on top of cost of travel and purchasing a car. The dealership said nothing more that it is what it is. My attorney called them, the Toyota dealership called them and all the cowards could do was hide behind the phone and not return a single call. The dealership here in ABQ said they were so blown away by how unprofessional this place was that they would give me a 20% discount and said even if you bought it as is from us we stand behind our products and would fix it for free....That just shows you what a piece of crap this place is and what a piece of crap their management is. More

7000 miles and back to dealer 4 times for blown fuses. Dealer reports that devices plugged in caused shorts. Owner pitched the device in question and now socket blows with cell charger. This device works perfect in all the other outlets as well as wifes Lexus and Corvette. Now the dash plastic is frosting up causing a white appearance. Dealer and Infinity Customer Care(less) non-responsive. So do not buy a Lexus and move 200 miles from a dealership - your warrenty is useless. More
I took my vehicle in for service to have the airbag light diagnosed. They said there was a recall for my airbag and it needed to be replaced. After looking at it they told me that they could not perform the diagnosed. They said there was a recall for my airbag and it needed to be replaced. After looking at it they told me that they could not perform the recall because my driver side seat does not work properly. The seat does not move forward or back. It was explained to me that it does not affect the airbag light or function of the passenger airbag but that they could not perform the recall on the passenger airbag due to the driver seat not working. It makes no sense at all to me and the service consultant said the same thing but that Infinity doesn't allow them to service it unless both seats are functional. It was priced to fix the seat at just over $900. I find that outrageous. After speaking with the service manager she said the same thing. She was very helpful but I do feel this is an error or mistake on the dealers part. She told me to contact Infinity and I want to know if this is correct. It doesn't seem logica More
Worst experience of my life. They took advantage of me and my situation. They changed unnecessary parts that made my car vibrate when i drive it. Not only that, they broke my driver seat and wouldn't fix it for me, because it was reported broken 2 years ago. Obviously it was working when i brought it in because there technician pushed my seats all the way back. They told me i needed rear break pads badly so i told them to change the pads and resurface the rotors. They ended up warping the rotors, they cut them out of round. I drove it 1 miles and brought it back to them because the whole car would shake when i braked. I had to take it someone where else to find that out because bommarito told me they couldn't help me any further, they looked at it again and said there is nothing wrong with it but the other dealership found plenty wrong with it. This was the worst experience of my life with a infiniti dealership. They are supposed to do the best work because your paying so much. I ended up spending over 1k on my car after they dealt with it. More
Over the past 20 years I have had a relationship with this dealer. Serial cars and much service and plenty of body repair work from oops I have never had a bad experience. Each and every experience I am greeted warmly, serviced promptly, they listen and take appropriate notes to ensure nothing is lost in translation. Anyone I ever know that is looking for a car I tell how upfront and fair Bommorito is, how consistent they are, how solid they are in everything they do...their systems, their service, their reliability...never ever had the same experience anywhere else. I have lived all over the country and at some point worked with each dealer in St Louis. None compare! More
