We had trouble removing the middle My husband and I bought a car from Mike Knollhoff last February and he continues to give us great customer service. We had trouble removing the middle seat and adding back in the right side seat and he came to our house to check it out. After he looked it over he said it appeared to be broken and said it needed to be serviced so they could fix it. He personally drove our car to the dealership to be fixed and left us with a loaner car during that time. Not only did he get it fixed, but he also had the inside and outside completely washed when he returned it to us the next day. You can't beat that customer service! Mike is fantastic! More

On short notice Mike picked the car up at my house, leaving me another Honda to use. Not only did he get my oil changed, but he had the car washed and detailed--both inside and out. He even had the paint touched up where it had been scraped off. And then he dropped it off back at my house the very next day. The car looks like new again! Mike's the best! More
