Do not care for their customers safety Was experiencing a SRS light that had been going on and off for a year. I finally took it in because the light wouldn't go off. I was told that it wa Was experiencing a SRS light that had been going on and off for a year. I finally took it in because the light wouldn't go off. I was told that it was a SRS light and if the light is being displayed my airbags wouldn't work therefore its unsafe to drive my car. It was noted in the system that the light was seen in february 2016. I was never informed of the danger I was in. This is not the 1st time i wasn't informed about car safety at this facility. Back in March i was told that my tire was fine after i brought it in 3 times because the tire pressure light kept going on and off. I was told that it was a sensor. After taking it to firestone I found out it was a defected tire that could've exploded at any moment! They replaced the tire and I never had a problem again. Honda and Matt Fair were never concerned about my safety nor did they want to accept responsibility for the faulty equipment or the fact that my car was jacked up when I bought it. So I am now driving with my 2 year old in a car that is not safe to drive. I have filed a complaint with safercar.gov because there is currently an investigation for faulty SRS modules associated with the passenger seat. I will never purchase any type of car or refer anyone to anything that has to do with Bommarito! Thanks for nothing! More

Poor service experience I took my car in and told the service advisor that my oil light was coming on. I was in between oil changes so I asked if they could check my oil. I w I took my car in and told the service advisor that my oil light was coming on. I was in between oil changes so I asked if they could check my oil. I was told they would take care of it and it shouldn't be long. I went into the office area to ask a question and could see my car from there. I saw the guy lift the hood of my car and pull the dip stick out. I stopped looking but within a minute another guy was driving my car up front. He walked in and handed me my key. No one came and told me whether or not my oil was low. I went and asked the service advisor and he told me the guy said it was a quart low. I then asked if they added a quart. He told me he would check. He walked over to the guy that checked my car, then walked over to the guy who brought me my key then came and asked me for the key back. He told me they only checked it nothing was added. Of course I was very upset that I had to ask for oil to be put in my car and no one came to even tell me it was low. More
A true First Class dealership! I am the proud owner of a 2013 Honda Pilot EXL, purchased new from Bommarito Honda. It was the best car-buying experience of my 45 years of driving! I am the proud owner of a 2013 Honda Pilot EXL, purchased new from Bommarito Honda. It was the best car-buying experience of my 45 years of driving! I was treated like royalty, given a great deal and left confident I had made the right choice of vehicle, but more importantly - dealer! I had to replace a tire last year due to a nail in the sidewall. I shopped around and Bommarito offered the best price. I arrived in the customer receiving area, explained the purpose of my visit and was out the door in a little over an hour with a new tire and a freshly washed vehicle! This past Saturday, I needed my Pilot emissions-tested for license plate renewal. I entered the receiving area and was treated with the same level of class and professionalism that I encounter every time I visit this dealership. I enjoyed a great cup of fresh coffee in the comfortable customer waiting area and was out the door in 30 minutes, again with a freshly washed vehicle. Every visit is a positive experience! Other dealerships could take lessons from Bommarito's first-rate customer treatment! More

Perfect Service On March 28th, I took my Accord in for service as the display unit tied to the navigation system had been damaged in a minor accident. At the time, th On March 28th, I took my Accord in for service as the display unit tied to the navigation system had been damaged in a minor accident. At the time, the vehicle had 24,8xx miles on it and I was pretty sure the warrantee on the vehicle expired at 24,000 miles. I was quite relieved to learn that the navigation systems warrantee was 36,000 miles especially after the servicing confirmed that the navigation server had been damaged and required replacing.The part required was not in stock at the moment, so a new part was ordered and I was told I'd receive a call when it arrived. Later that week the service department left me a message saying the part was in and asked that I schedule time to get it installed.I didn't have time available for the next two weeks; however, during that time period the navigation system somewhat magically started working again. Knowing the expense of the part, I really wanted to have it replaced even though the old was operational. I ended up waiting a few extra days to call in the service order as I wanted to prepare myself for how I was going to ask that the part be replaced even though it no longer appeared broken. When I placed the call, I advised the representative, Donna, that I was hesitant to tell her that the system was working again. Without a pause, Donna responded back, Thats an expensive part and under warrantee get it replaced. I was very pleasantly surprised by her response and told her so.When I arrived at my appointed time on April 11th the service lot was packed. My wife and I walked into the service desk and the attendant (wish I had remembered his name) saw me approach and asked are you here to get the navigation system replaced? For a moment I had to wonder if he was really addressing me. When I responded that I was, he said, They're all ready for the car and will start on it immediately.The car was ready when I expected it to be, and there was no cost for the repair.I don't take service of this nature for granted. Because of this incident and what I believe is standard operating procedure for this car dealership / service station I cant see why Id ever buy another car anywhere else. And yes, I will tell my friends.Thank you very much. More
