Lied about when I could bring in my car I purchased a 2017 Honda Civic. I specially customized it myself. The day I was to pick it up, I was got notified that they ordered a wrong part. So I I purchased a 2017 Honda Civic. I specially customized it myself. The day I was to pick it up, I was got notified that they ordered a wrong part. So I go in, was told I could drive it home (since I had been in a rental). And they would order the part asap and once it came in, I could bring in my car immediately to have it installed. WRONG. I called to let them know that I received the notice and would be on my way in. The service lady told me I couldn't bring it in today. Even tho I was told otherwise several days ago. I explained that I work 12 hr shifts over night 45 min away from where they even are. So she went on to say that it's juat a spoiler, and I could bring the car in next week since it was still drivable or I could drop the car off and leave it over night. I said that wouldn't work bc I need my car to get to work and that I was also going out of town the following day right after work. She told me that she couldn't help me that I could bring it in next week. Major mess up on their part. Their service guy shouldn't have told me that I could bring it right in if rhat wasn't gonna be how it went. Esp since they ordered the wrong part in the 1st place More

Loane My appt was made over the phone for a routine oil change and a follow up to an issue that was addressed at my last appt a couple of months ago. Loaner car was promised. When I arrived to drop off my car, Steve Thompson was very condescending informing me that there was no loaner that was promised, and there would be a $99 charge for the diagnostic. His words were, "this is not my car, not THEIR car (pointing at some other people), it is YOUR car and you need to pay for the diagnostic. I told him that we already knew what the issue was from the last appointment. At that point, I told him that I'll just get the oil change. He sent me over to Abby Washburn. I explained to her the experience that I had just had with Steve. She promised to look into the issue with my car -- found that there was a task that was not fully completed at my last visit. She provided me with a loaner and got my car all fixed up (no $99 charge). I left a voice mail with her manager to let him know my appreciation for Abby; I have not heard back from him nor have I received any "Customer Survey" that I normally receive; hence, my review here. More
Great sales experience I came in to have my 2013 Accord serviced. While waiting I went in to the show room to look at vehicles. I saw a sign encouraging "update your vehicle and keep the same payment". I understood this to be an advertisement. I spoke with Josh Berry, who was cordial and professional. He explained the differences between the 13 Accord and the 2017 model. He took me out on a test drive. I liked the test drive and I came back to the dealership and made the purchase. More

That should have been something that was first done by service technician when he was finished with the job!! And the service person who brought it in to service area should have also noticed it as well!! This is why I give them a fair rating!! Glad I noticed it before it came flying off at 60mph on highway!!! More
Not trust worthy Buyers Beware I had the pleasure of recently buying a used car from this dealership, the sale person was great, but some how the details on the condition was falsel I had the pleasure of recently buying a used car from this dealership, the sale person was great, but some how the details on the condition was falsely stated, This vehicle was purchased on Dec. 20th 2016, I drove this vehicle about 500 hundred miles when I started hearing scraping sounds coming from the rear of this vehicle. I had a mechanic check the brakes on said vehicle, finding that the rear brakes were down to the metal, upon returning to the dealership, informing them of this information I was told by the sales manager that I had been driving with the emergency brake engaged, which is not possible with the brake engaged I have driving for fifty four years and I know when the emergency brake is engaged. A long story short, metal to metal in 500 hundred miles give me a break. how degrading is a statement like this coming from a xxxx ing idiot like this, when some one did not do their job, my vehicle was repaired but what a joke for a small problem. BUYERS BEWARE!!!! More

Only frustration I had was I had to reprogram some systems and reset some interior list switches as a result of the service. A friendly reminder that the work on the tires and the battery might require me to reset certain items would have been nice. At first I thought everything was really messed up. Eventually my 70+ year old brain kicked in and I was able to reset everything by following all the steps in the owners manual. WTD More

My wife loves the cr-v we bought and we drove it to Georgia and back with no problems, used certified cr-v. I cannot say enough about how great the people are at Bommarito Honda. I have bought many cars from a dealer that own their building and lot and had so many problems, I am glad I found Bommarito Honda. My mechanic also recommended Honda. More
