Service Department Is Inept I took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. I paid for all services. When I picked up my car, it was pulling to the left just I took my car in for an oil change, tire rotation, and alignment. I paid for all services. When I picked up my car, it was pulling to the left just as it had done prior to service, which was the reason I requested an alignment. When I called to ask them to fix the alignment they had not done properly, they would not provide me with a loaner. The location is inconvenient to me, and I have 2 kids under 18 months old at home, so I'm not going to wait for them to do the job they should've done right the first time, and I'm not going to make my wife pack up our 2 kids and follow me to the dealership (two times--once to drop off and once to pick up). I had been going out of my way to get service done here because they had done a good job previously, but no longer. Do not get service done here. They will not do it right, and they will not make an effort to make it right. More
Our sales person gave us an hour of his time 6 months later. We contacted our sales rep to answer some questions we had about tech features and he spent an hour with us. Kevin Hall We recently had our 2014 Honda Pilot serviced. While in the waiting room, I was greeted by Kevin Hall who had assisted with this purchase 3 years ago We recently had our 2014 Honda Pilot serviced. While in the waiting room, I was greeted by Kevin Hall who had assisted with this purchase 3 years ago and also introduced me to Todd Eversgerd for the last two leases with a Maxima. As always, Kevin was extremely friendly, spent some time with me to catch up. He was checking in to see if we were still happy with the purchase as well as the new Maxima that took place about a month ago (credited to Todd Eversgerd). Without a doubt, Kevin is a genuine individual. I trust him and will continue to refer him when it comes to any car purchase within the Bommarito family. Keep up the great work Kevin! More

Scammers I dropped my car to the Bommorito Honda Collision re air bags on both sides (recall) and no one called me for permission to replace the air bags. I picked my car up from Honda Collision in Hazelwood after 1 mo of being with their shop and the following day my car did not start. Honda refused to tow my car back to their shop at their expense and also refused to repair my car, advised me the repairs where going to be $700+ dollars, out of my pocket. $800 on parts and over $4000+ they charged the insurance company and don’t forget the funds credited to the Service Center as a result of the air bags that were replaced. If I could give a negative number for this review I would. The Collision shop employee Chris was rude and the Service Shop employee Alec was was rude, he constantly talked over me and laughed during the time I was talking. None wanted to listen to me, only trying to make the repair look co-incidental in order to receive more money. Stay away from Bommarito Honda Collision Center and Bommarito Honda Service Center. The Collision Center is not Honda, I learned after my complaints. I called Honda and asked for Collision repair and I was transferred to Bommarito Collision Center, which is next door. The Collision Center is using the Bommarito name to gain business. This is not a Honda Collision Center. Very Unprofessional. No one walked me to my car when I picked it up etc. More
Terrible. Messed up my car and didn't fix the problem I had my car in for repair and they broke a relay. Fixed the relay but caused more problems and never fixed them. I drove back 3-4 times back to the d I had my car in for repair and they broke a relay. Fixed the relay but caused more problems and never fixed them. I drove back 3-4 times back to the dealer and they had my car in 3-4 times where an employee jokingly said "you should work here you are in here so much." They broke a relay and fixed the relay but it didn't solve the overall problem that occurred after they broke the relay. I still have problems after this and they said if I take it back I will be charged to look at it even though they didn't solve the problems they broke. Everything that is broke now worked fine before I brought my car into them. They blamed it on aftermarket things but all the stuff was installed professionally and has worked fine for YEARS before I brought it into this Honda dealer. I can't even believe they are a Honda dealer for how terrible this visit was. Never go here if you want your car fixed right More
