Example: one of the service employees Abby said that Honda recommends that the transmission fluid be changed at 30K miles. When I called Honda they said they don't put a mileage amount on the transmission fluid and that you can wait for a 3 to pop up on the display before you change it. When we called the service manager (Matt Fair) he said that Abby was mistaken etc and that she shouldn't of put any mileage on the transmission fluid. They did the same thing with the brake fluid. There is no way you have to change the transmission fluid at 30K or the brake fluid on a Civic less than 2 years old. People want to trust their mechanics like any other service they use. There is reason anyone should trust them or take a car there for service. I work for a very large St Louis company and I can promise you I will tell everyone about the business practices at this location. More

I bought a brand new 2018 Honda Accord with 30 miles on it from Bommarito Honda. This car was a nightmare. The car was in service over 14 times with a lengthy service report. Everything that could go wrong it from Bommarito Honda. This car was a nightmare. The car was in service over 14 times with a lengthy service report. Everything that could go wrong did. We spent 20+ hours in the service department, they put over 1,000 miles on my car but they could never “replicate the issue”. I had video evidence of the issues, but to them meant absolutely nothing. They recognized one of the issues and said that they replaced the radar. However the car still would randomly brake, when no one was in front of me, almost getting me rear ended by a semi. When I took the car back to them they said they couldn’t do anything further. I guess my safety is not a concern of Bommarito service since they couldn’t replicate. Took the car to another dealer, immediately was told it was the computer. This car had multiple electrical issues. Don’t waste your time like I have, I don’t recommend buying or getting service from Bommarito. If I could give 0 stars, I would. More

Dishonest, shady service pracitces. I had gone in for a tire rotation on Friday 11/16 per my scheduled appointment at 4:30. As part of checkin I requested that they top up the washer flu I had gone in for a tire rotation on Friday 11/16 per my scheduled appointment at 4:30. As part of checkin I requested that they top up the washer fluid and change the caps for Tire Valve. During checkout I asked if they changed the fluids and replaced the caps for Tyre valve and I was told the washer fluid was changed and the tyre valve caps were also not changed. They changed the tyre valve caps after requesting again. Checked the car on 11/17 morning and opened up the bonnet and noticed oil splash in several places and also the washer fluid not filled. Called in and spoke to Patrick and asked him if they attempted to change oil and he hesitated originally and then said that he forgot to tell me that they accidentally changed oil. It is ok to make mistakes but letting the customers know that they messed up and be honest with the work is as Important as anything else. Hybrid doesn’t need oil change every 5k and my car was at 60% oil life and the car is smart enough to let the owners on when to change oil. Also hybrid is supposed to have lesser quarts of oil than regular and that explains the spill of oil. At this point I don’t even know that the original job of rotating the tires was taken care of. Wrote to the service manager Matt Fair and have never heard back from him. Make sure that next time you visit for service check your car before it leaves service aisle. More

They say one thing and do another Was sent a coupon for a discounted oil change. My wife’s Honda didn’t need one but my GMC Canyon did. I drove from Chesterfield to north county and when I got there the young lady said they didn’t do American cars. I wasted my time . West county Honda is my new place for service (and buying)! More
