Steve Thompson most helpful, knew him from another dealership. Said service would be about 1 1/2 hours, he was exactly right. Technician drove with me, found problem. upon arrival to the honda dealership, we were greeted with a smile and some pleasurable whitty banter by our new friend, jim. But not before we had some more friendly conversation from jim. they had also washed and vacumed inside and out which is something we do not see everyday. More

Our current automobiles are Honda's. Actually there are five in the family and we all drive Honda's. Three of our cars needed service so we went to the dealer we have been going to for 15+ years only to f five in the family and we all drive Honda's. Three of our cars needed service so we went to the dealer we have been going to for 15+ years only to find out our service guy was no longer with this dealer. They would not tell us where the service guy who we have been working with for years went but they did say he was still with Honda. We immediately left (without getting the service we went for) and went home and called all the Honda dealers in the area within a two radius and finally found Steve Thompson again. Phew....we are so happy to have found him because he has always been helpful, polite and trustworthy and always has given us excellent service. Your dealership is further for us but we get professional service that we are looking for so it is worth the extra miles. Our cars are now in good driving condition and we are grateful we found your employee Steve Thompson again we know we are in good hands. What an asset you have at your dealership it is a shame there are not molds of him made. More
I had lost my set of key to my new Honda. I came in with my wife's keys and Jim helped me get the replacment using the insurance we secured when we purchased the car. I went in for a service visit today. When I arrived, I learned that I truly did not need any service on my car. Previously I was told that I needed to come in for a service visit when my car read 30% of learned that I truly did not need any service on my car. Previously I was told that I needed to come in for a service visit when my car read 30% of oil life. Jim Ketcherside, spent several minutes with me, explaining that my car did not truly need a service visit until it read 5% oil life. He showed me that when I press the odometer for about 1 minute, the display told me that service I will need once I hit the 5% oil life. I was very impressed with his honesty and knowledge about my vehicle. Because of this 5 minute visit, I think I will make Bommarito Honda my one and only service department for my Accord. More
