We needed a new windshield for our Dodge Grand Caravan. I had been shopping around for the best price and didn't want to deal with my insurance. I knew that they were a Honda dealership, but I had heard g I had been shopping around for the best price and didn't want to deal with my insurance. I knew that they were a Honda dealership, but I had heard great things about their service department and especially about the Salesman, Mike Knollhoff. When I called Mike, he informed me that they could work on our Dodge and that it would be a factory certified part. The price was $20-30 cheaper than anywhere else I had checked. He asked if I needed any other work done. I stated that I was buying a couple new tires at Walmart, but I could probably use an alignment on my front end and I was just about due for an oil change. Mike knows that I have five adopted children and made arrangements to pick up my vehicle and return it to me. When he dropped off my van, it had been detailed inside and out...my wheels looked brand new. With customer service and the quality of work like this...I will send everyone I know to Mike Knollhoff and Bommarito Honda! More

He has regularly gone far above and beyond expectations of servicemen to give my family and I the highest quality service while helping us save money. We have been taking our 1990, 1994, 1997, and 1999 Accords to him for sixteen years now. Since Bommarito Honda opened in North County, we followed Mr. Thompson there, and we have been thoroughly impressed by everything this large facility has to offer. Everyone is courteous and the dealership is welcoming. We've many kinds of repairs and services here and they have all been performed flawlessly. There was a recall issue on my 2010 Honda Fit. When making the appointment I was told I could get a loaner. When I arrived for my appoinment I was told I could not get a loaner but I could rent a car making the appointment I was told I could get a loaner. When I arrived for my appoinment I was told I could not get a loaner but I could rent a car for $30. So basically, they lied to me. Out of principle, I refused to pay the $30 and left w/o getting the recall work completed. So, wasted several hours of my day and drove 60 miles round trip for nothing. Never again!! More

Bought a used VW Jetta. Had a 30 day warranty - had issues with brakes and called in. Got the "run around" and it appeared noone wanted to help. Dropped car of per instructions and waited a day and issues with brakes and called in. Got the "run around" and it appeared noone wanted to help. Ultimately found out that car should be at VW dealership and Bommarito acted like it was my fault. Since Bommarito had the car, they did not feel that they needed to find out anything about it and set it aside. Finally went to VW dealership and they said the brake grinding noise was normal - what a disappointment and waste of time. I just purchased a 2010 Touring Pilot from Meyer Honda and was using this experience (I told Aaron I was going to purchase a Pilot) to see where I wanted to purchase the Pilot. Please remember, even though I purchase a $10K Jetta today, I may purchase a $41K Pilot tomorrow. More
