I have been probing around the St. Louis and IL side for an affordable, yet professional/accommodating car dealership. I stumbled upon this place after being referred by our Pastor. What made that even more impressionable is that they to share the love of serving others and beliefs that my wife and I shared. Upon my arrival, I was received with such professionalism. This continued throughout the remainder of the period I was there. I have employed many people before, as well as recruited many people into the Marine Corps. With that said, the big thing I noticed was the continuous rapport (bond/friendship) that was being constructed. It is very sad to see some people that own a business yet not take pride in knowing their clienteles. Most think that enjoying what they do is it and should be enough. The idea is to help us enjoy this experience of making a life decision. I came in with an uncluttered mind and wanted to make sure the atmosphere was not only enjoyable for me, but for both parties. Skill level on a scale of 1-10 is 1000. “Ask and you shall receive” type of care was given. Now, I was there for about 4 hours, but that seemed like a short time because of the care and detail that was given in helping us choose our automobile. The amount of care and comfort that was given made time seem like it didn’t occur anymore. So, I wrap up this long review in hope that you read this through its entirety. All in all, I found my go-to-place, and I will be back. I will also recommend to anyone I know, as I already have after heading home from my appointment. Thanks again Michael and Jeff. More

Joe Russo helped me get the car I was looking for at a REASONABLE price especially considering the chip shortage and low inventory.
