I just wanted to take a few minutes to let you know what a pleasant experience we had when purchasing our new Accord from Bommarito Honda. Rick Seidel was the salesperson we worked with and we can’t compli a pleasant experience we had when purchasing our new Accord from Bommarito Honda. He was very pleasant to work with, we never felt pressured, and he was very responsive to any of our questions or concerns. He even came in several hours early to make it convenient for us to complete the purchase and pick up our car. We’ve purchased several new cars and have never had such a stress-free, comfortable experience as we did with Rick and the entire Bommarito staff. Kevin Hall was kind enough to even wash our older car that we would be delivering to my Mom after our new purchase. Jason Galeski was also extremely patient and thorough as he reviewed the finance and warranty options with us, allowing us to take our time and feel very comfortable with the decisions we made. Because Hondas are so reliable, we know we won’t be in the market for another new car for several years, but when we are, we will certainly make Bommarito the first stop in our search and it will be a dealer that we recommend to others. The customer service can’t be beat. We appreciated such a relaxing environment during what normally is a very stressful task, and especially are grateful to Rick, Kevin, and Jason for being so courteous and helpful. More

I live in MI and was to "gift" my Honda Odyssey to our St. Louis area resident daughter/son-in-law as they are expecting twins soon. Have had two Odysseys (2005 & 2008) and had great experiences. I test drove a Pilot in MI, liked the drive, comfort, hauling space, etc and obtained several quotes from dealers here. BUT, after I drive the van to St. Louis, I needed to get home--fly or drive??? My daughter recently purchased a Honda Accord from Bommarito and recommnded I look there for a Pilot. So over Easter I met Kevin Hall and explained the above. He said, when your're ready to purchase, give me a call and we're work something out. Now, here's where the OUTSTANDING SERVICE story begins. Twins are arriving sooner than expected. I called Kevin on Friday, June 26th and asked what the cost of a Pilot would be. He responed on Monday June 29th with a very competitive price for a 2010 Pilot. But could he get me the model/color I wanted by early the week of July 6th? After many time consuming searches, he found my car! Along the way, Kevin called me several times to confirm he was still looking. I drove to St. Louis Tuesday July 7th and picked up the Pilot on Wednesday. The delivery to me was seamless. Kevin walked me thru all the req'd paperwork and took time to physically demonstrate the features of the car. Absolutely the best car purchase process ever!! Bommarito Honda and Kevin are great!! My car buying experience was fabulous--very informative, friendly interactions, pleasant atmosphere (I love the flatscreens, FREE Starbucks coffee, and FREE bottled water), and competitive pricing....with LOTS of unexpected, but greatly appreciated, PERKS (FREE carwashes, FREE oil changes, discounted parts/service, etc.)! I love the added value I received....in addition to my wonderful 2009 HONDA-CRV. I couldn't ask for a better vehicle at a better price from a better dealership.....it's just not possible! Bommarito Honda is superb on EVERY level! LOL......what comes to mind is what the kids used to say, "...the bomb-diggity".....LOL!! Oh, and I must add that Whitney and the others in the Service Dept. are awesome.....they really know how to give their customers A-1 service.....NOTHING less!
