After promptly calling me back with the info and quote, I thought about it for a while while in the process of getting quotes from other dealers. Turns out 3 minutes later another St. Louis dealer called me back with his quote- 2 thousand dollars over Tim's. I had mentioned that if he could beat Tim's quote, he would have the sale. His response "why, well.... that's just plain ridiculous." I got back on the phone with Tim to put a deposit on the car shortly thereafter. I was quoted a total price on everything and it turned out to be exactly that price. No added fees, etc. They even put free splashguards, fabric protectant, and rustproofing into the deal along with a few oil changes and car washes. The easiest and most gratifying car buying experience I've ever had. I would recommend talking to Tim Hickey if you are interested in a no hassle, no b.s. car buying experience with the best price in mind. (and by the way, I am a very, very tough and discerning customer in most cases so for me to write this stellar review, I would need to be very impressed) Thanks Tim! More

We were working very close to the deadline for this program and he went out of his way to make sure he secured me the car I wanted, in the color I wanted so I was able to take advantage of this program. He was very thorough in going over all aspects of the sales process and details about operations of my new vehicle. His knowledge, experience, and professionalism were outstanding. He continues to stay in touch and remind me he is always available if I have any questions or concerns. This is my first Honda purchase and will not be my last. This car purchase was the most hassle-free, expedient, and satisfying I have ever experienced. From the minute we walked into the showroom,I felt comfortable and and knew we were in the right place to buy a car. Friendly, yet with no pressure, my wife and I were really impressed with the way we were approached by Tim and,for that matter,everyone we had contact with in the dealership.We had just come from a dealership across the highway,spending better than a half hour there wandering around the lot or showroom and,during that time, not one employee approached us. There were at least three other couples there also waiting to see a sales person. Some time later, as we were closing on our Honda, we noticed all three couples showed up at Bommaritos,at least two of which purchased a vehicle. Later, we had an opportunity to experience the Service Department also, which I would rate highly. Over all, we are more than satisfied with our car, the dealership, and Tim as well as all the other employees with we had contact. More

I had a very positive experience with Craig Gaby and Bommarito Honda. My wife and I were treated very well, especially after visiting a few dealerships with almost no customer service at all. I made some calls to various dealers and checked their websites. I found Bommarito Honda's website easy to navigate and when I called and left a message for the Internet Manager it was returned within th websites. I set up an appointment to view the car and Dan Weiman was ready and waiting. After answering a few questions he quickly sent me on a test drive with great directions for the "loop" getting some highway and neighborhood driving in the process. He told me to take my time. I knew what I wanted and I knew what I would pay. My offer - his counter - my final offer. Done deal. I told him up front I did not have time to wait around and play games so lets just get to it. And he did. When I came to pick up the car after detailing, again it was ready but I wanted to drive it one more time before I signed the paperwork. When I found a problem with the windows he checked it out, sent his boss out to check it out, and agreed that the windows needed to be fixed. They said, and I quote, "We can't send a car off the lot working like that." So they kept the car, I got a loaner (sweet car I might add!) and things were fixed as promised. I know I can be safe in recommending the dealership and specifically, Dan, to others. It was easy, honest, and (almost) fun. And the thank you cookies were impressive as well. I think they really do an outstanding job of creating a relationship and hoping their customers are satisfied! More
When I got my new Honda I ordered the dash trim kit. I the main point here is that Graig went above and beyond what he had to do to make sure I was Happy with my deal. He found a after maeket vender the sold me even more trim parts for the same price. he stayed on top of the installation . Keeping me informed on all times and dates.If I are anybody I know wants to bay a new honda I would recommend Graig for the sale. I don't do reviews but in this case you need to know how good a job Graig did. Anthony Brenston More
Just to clarify, our outstanding experience was with Bommarito Honda when purchasing my new Civic Sedan back in May 2009. Being a previous Honda owner, we were very familiar with Honda's track record an Bommarito Honda when purchasing my new Civic Sedan back in May 2009. Being a previous Honda owner, we were very familiar with Honda's track record and were ready to replace an 1989 Accord that I had been driving. We traded in a 1989 Camry on the new Civic, and my husband got the old Accord! After deciding on the Civic, Craig was very knowledgeable about the car, and showed us everything about it from top to bottom when we came to pick up our new car. He was very thorough in his presentation, explained about different features and how not to lose the key as they are very expensive, etc. He went over every piece of paper, and the owners manual until we had no further questions. We had an equally pleasant experience when we went into the business office to finalize the paperwork. Tom Bommarito was very helpful when filling out the stack of forms and answered all our questions! We were very pleased with our new car, and especially the way we were treated. I have had my car back many times for free car washes and a few misc. items, and have been treated great every time. We recently purchased a new vehicle from another dealership (GM product)and the first thing my husband said when we drove off their lot was " Boy, we were treated so much nicer at Bommarito when we bought the Honda than we were here". So, people do realize how they are being treated, and the staff at Bommarito is proof that they do care about their customers. More
My experience with the Bommarito Honda service department has been excellent. I couldn't ask for anything more. Every service visit is painless and the staff is always honest.
