Oh my goodness, where do we begin?! This is not my husband’s and my first rodeo as we have purchased several cars throughout our lives, both new and used. Our experience this time was something truly refreshing. All members of the Bommarito team helped us feel like we truly mattered. Not because of the sale, but for us as fellow human beings. We were especially impressed with Sue Doyle. As the manager, she is one busy individual and has a kajillion things going on at any given time. She never made us feel rushed and was always so pleasant and genuinely kind. We never felt like we were just another number. Our sales person, Joe Russo, was so cool and never, ever pressured us into making a decision. During and after the sale, he was always very attentive and helpful. It was such a relief not to have to play the car game where you have to haggle back-and-forth with prices. Everyone was respectful and kind. It was truly one of the best experiences we have had purchasing a car. I take that back, it was the best experience we have had purchasing a car! We can’t say enough good things. We will recommend the dealership to our friends, acquaintances and whoever else will listen! 😀 We live in Wildwood Missouri, a good drive away, but it was totally worth the trip several times over. When we went in to test drive the car we wanted Kris Boschert was very informative and was not pushy. When we finally decided we were actually going to buy the car, there really was no choice Kris was the best salesman. My husband and I are being very cautious when we go out to protect our family from COVID. Our salesman Kris Boschert and our finance person Mike were very understanding with our request to stay isolated from other shoppers. We really enjoyed dealing with Kris. The day we puchased he was very helpful in programming the car, and making sure we understood all the different features of the insight.
