The Service department is the best, anywhere. Period! I've had my Honda Odyssey and Acura over to Bommarito since I returned to St Louis. I live in Creve Couer, not quite 2 miles from Huey Honda (I belie I've had my Honda Odyssey and Acura over to Bommarito since I returned to St Louis. I live in Creve Couer, not quite 2 miles from Huey Honda (I believe Frontenac Honda now), but after one visit 2 futile visits to Huey, a friend recommended and followed me to Bommarito. Mr Seidel was very helpful & took is time explaing the car features. Rick also picked up or trade in's from the mobility systems specialist which was a big help. I had previously purchased a vehicle from Bommarito Nissan in 2000 and had a good experience and so when I went looking for a new Honda I saw the newspaper ad and did some research on available product Nissan in 2000 and had a good experience and so when I went looking for a new Honda I saw the newspaper ad and did some research on available products and Bommarito Honda had exactly what I was looking for. I sent an email and LouAnn responded, after an exchange of my wishes she came back with a price that was better than I had hoped for. I went in to see LouAnn she showed my husband and myself some of the features that another Honda dealer had not and then we did the paperwork for the purchase. LouAnn had the vehicle prep'd while we did the paperwork and then went over all of the options and features with me personally before I drove off. I was pleased with my experience in 2000 and had that experience renewed last night. I would be proud to recommend purchasing from Bommarito Honda and LouAnn Sutton. More
Dan really took care of us at Bommarito Honda. He was very friendly, very helpful, and willing to work with us. Dan didn't play any of the games that car salesman have been stereotyped with in the past a very friendly, very helpful, and willing to work with us. Dan didn't play any of the games that car salesman have been stereotyped with in the past and he was wonderful to work with. We ended up getting a better price than we had hoped for. Once the paperwork was signed, the wait to actually pay for the car was a little long. I'm not sure if there is only one person doing that job or if he was the only guy actually there at the time, but we sat around for quite a while just trying to give them a check. And when we finally got in to the office, the man helping us (not Dan) seemed a little annoyed with the bank we were using (military bank in Texas). Then we were sent out to wait longer while he did... something... on the computer. When we were called back into the office to pay, we felt like we were being rushed through the signatures. However, Dan's great attitude and wonderful customer service through the rest of the processes really overshadowed our frustration with the wait time. My only "eh" moment was after everything was done and we were about to drive home in our new car, I realized that the whole time we were waiting, no one had removed the sales stickers from the car windows. Now it's been 3 weeks and I still have a gluey paper outline on 3 of the windows that I can't get off. Seems that those could have been taken care of while we waited... :) More
Bommarito Honda was a pleasure to deal with. I asked for a quote over the internet and they responded shortly after with the quote. The quote was emailed so there was no pressure. The price was very competitive so I called the Sue Doyle from the Internet Sales Department and explained to her I was interested in a test drive. When I arrived, she was extremely helpful. After all of my questions were answered and I chose a color, we began the sales process where everything was explained about the car. The finance manager explained in detail the warranty and the 2 years free maintenance. Bommarito even sent freshed baked cookies to say thanks for the sale - very nice touch. Overall, the experience was excellent and I will certainly buy my next Honda at Bommarito and of course will refer anyone I know looking for a Honda to that dealership. More

As an out-of-town customer, i truly did not know what to expect. After walking into my hometown dealership (springfield, mo) with a blank check in hand knowing exactly what i wanted, i was met with a poor expect. A phone call to Bommarito Honda, the first dealership i phoned, was all it took. I also forgot to mention that i'm a first-time buyer of a car, having been helped in the past by my parents. Sue Doyle was not only a friendly voice on the phone, but she never ever made me believe that getting hold of this particular car was ever in doubt. Walking me through the whole process step by step and building my trust was crucial. Sue tackled that task in no time. She also was able to somehow track down my rare model of new car (2008 Honda Coupe EX-L, there were hardly any in the country at that time) and have it rerouted down to Bommarito. I was ecstatic to say the least. I had several accessories added by the body shop and they did a wonderful job in a timely manner. Sue was a pleasure to meet in person to complete the paperwork and pick up the car, she made the first-time purchasing experience a positive one and a smooth one. I truly thought to myself, why does everybody complain and have such poor experiences when they buy cars, is something wrong here? Needless to say I purchased the car in summer of 2008 and no exaggeration, I STILL get complements nearly everyday. More
